we were expected by the owners to our arrival, welcome dream, visit places with each floor of high quality presents, trays of fruit, cold drinks, and also the best wines of Chianti and I'm on the way !! that happiness, adorable people who make you pass the true feelings before the (Business) Bravo and a big thank you.We will sing it on all rooftops.the Yvon Lambure family of Bayonne.

Actually, you should not reveal such an "insider tip" :-)) It was really great. We were with a few friends in the villa to visit and were very surprised about the size and facilities. There was nothing missing and we could immediately "go away". We found everything very clean, the hosts are very friendly and surprised us with two huge fruit bowls, wine from the "Chianti Classico" and coffee. The view from the terrace into the hilly Tuscan landscape is, as already described by Goethe, simply beautiful :-)) We will definitely book the villa again next year and are already looking forward to "Monte Nisa", the beautiful landscape and everything to discover next to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and much more. Food and drink is literally "divine" in so many places, so that we have bought plenty of plenty. If you book the villa, a visit to the very small restaurant "Casa Mia" in Montefiridolfi is a must. Of course I could rave much longer ............. We'll be back! Best regards, Tom

We stayed at Monte Nisa with a group of friends. We were 8 in total and rented both appartments. First, Monte Nisa is ideally located. 30 minutes from Florence, and 45 minutes from Siena. Andre landsbyer er værd at besøge, som f.eks. San Gimignano og Volterra. There is no supermarket in Montefiridolfi, but nearby in the village of Mercatale there is a Coop market and a (very good) bakery! The owners of the House, Lucia, Filippo and their father are very friendly and keen to provide you with any necessary information about the surroundings. The house is very spacious, with 7 bedrooms (one single one) and 2 bathrooms. The house was built in 1934 but has all modern facilities. The kitchens are both very well equipped. In tegenstelling tot andere vakantiehuizen die we hebben bezocht met dezelfde groep, dit huis heeft het allemaal. Enough glasses, enough cutlery. A toaster, a modern cooking plate, a microwave, an oven, mixer, perculator. The hosts suprised us with fresh fruit from the region upon arrival. In total there were 10 beds at the pool. The pool is very spacious 10 meters diameter, about 1.20 deep ... perfect to cool down on a hot tuscan summer day. Depending on the season you might want to consider bringing insect repellent spray. (As you should anyway if you go anywhere in Tuscany). It's very quiet at night! We would definitely recommend this house for families or other groups!

After a few years without going on holidays we booked Monte Nisa for a summer holiday in Tuscany.We were looking forward to it for some time and when we arrived it was more than we expected.The house is a fantastic place to relax and to discover the beautiful region of Tuscany.It"s nice and clean, big rooms, nice beds, fully equipped kitchen(oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee maker, dish washer, ...), entertainment(pool, pool table , TV, wifi, netflix, ...), barbecue, ...I could go on, but basically everything is there what you need to enjoy your holiday(and even more).We were welcomed and guided through the house by Lucia and Filippo, the owners.Every few days they stop by to check/maintain the pool and to water the plants in the garden.They are very discreet, but when you look out for them, you can have a nice chat. region, the good restaurants and wineries. So, if you want some suggestions/recommendations, just ask them, they are happy to help. n also ask questions on Whatsapp anytime.I always thought that Tuscany was one of the nicest regions in Europe.Our stay in Monte Nisa made me reconsider this... It is the most beautiful region of Europe!Filippo and Lucia, thank you very much for providing such nice place to stay for a beautiful holiday.For sure we"re coming back!

We had a wonderful time in this grand mansion. The apartments are clean, well equipped and the individual bedrooms comfortably furnished. We were particularly used by the spacious living area with the pool table on the ground floor of the house. The landlords are extremely friendly, communicative and helpful. They opened the pool, which was already covered for the winter, for us once again, cleaned and maintained. They also provided us with a ping-pong table and equipped us with rackets and balls. We were also offered a complete change of linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) after a holiday week. House, grounds and service were so to our complete satisfaction. We are always happy to come back!

Actually I can say few negative things about this accommodation. The arrival was very pleasant. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided a great welcome after the long drive. They had even built up a small basic supply for us that we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is Italy at its purest and most beautiful. Very spacious rooms and high ceilings that made for a grand impression. The area itself was just pure tranquility and beautiful. The view from the house and from the terrace was breathtaking.

We stayed with the family (16yr to 82yr) for 14 days in this beautiful house and were received as kings. Super friendly owners! There was even fruit and drink as welcome! The drinking bowls and moons were also provided for the dogs. Very nice villa and pool that were well maintained. Owners easily accessible and I quickly got answers to all our questions. Top holiday resort!
