Spend your holidays in this apartment with shared pool in the heart of Chianti Classico, near Greve in Chianti. Housed in a farm, the apartment is within walking distance of a medieval castle. This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for families. Greve has so much to offer, including shops, restaurants and pizzerias. Its advantageous location in Chianti offers countless options for the most curious vacationers. A must visit are Panzano (8km), Radda (18 km), Gaiole (29 km), Castellina (19 km), Siena (46 km) or the enchanting Florence (32 km).
The stone farm is surrounded by a garden. The apartment is renovated and furnished in rustic Tuscan style, with authentic beams and terracotta floors. The property also has a kitchenette and a living room with fireplace. A car is needed, we strongly recommend renting. The apartment is inside a winery where you can do tours to the cellars and tastings.

We had a great week in Tuscany. Late May is recommended, it is warm but not too hot. Beautiful estate where pleasant Chianti 's are produced. Complimentary tour and tasting small if you stay in this apartment. English is spoken at the castle. Disadvantage: restaurants are only accessible by car bereiken.Firenze, Siena and San Gimignano in distance easily accessible by car.

A cottage surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, undulating curved landscape and only a few hundred meters from the "Castello Querceto" - also relatively well by car from Greve erreichbar.Unser stay was temporally early September, too cold for the lovely pool, but nice pleasant for "wine tourism". In warm weather (22-26 degrees, sunshine) we use the garden as almost all Miturlauber in the house to relax, taste the wines and resurrected on the tours taking of lunch, dinner. The nights were accompanied by the chirping of grasshoppers, the morning unfortunately more of the sounds of civilization - the road situation brings be a significant noise with sich.Nur our hikes in the near and far with a map and book were quite disappointing - service roads and streets as route instead of secluded trails that bugged then doch.Alles in all, the house is certainly a nice starting point for excursions (by car) in the gelgenen in the area wineries and tourist destinations (Florence, Siena, Volterra, etc.) to obtain with very long travel times due to the landscape and roads calculate darf.Ein quite successful "wine vacation" 09/2009!
