This modern holiday home is perfect for a weekend getaway for small groups or families. The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The property is pet-friendly and has a nice garden.
The house set among vineyards and olive tree is about 300 m above sea level. The house is located at about 5 km from the beautiful historic town Modigliana. The lake is located at a distance of 20 km away. The tennis court is just a short drive away from the home. The restaurants and general supplies are both located at a distance of 5 km.
The holiday home has an open kitchen, terrace, a double bed and a charcoal barbecue.

The house was warm / personal / spacious and well equipped with what you need basic. Nature was breathtaking and ideal for our dogs.

The house is great, but the WiFi is only switched off from midday until around 8:00 p.m. Asked several times, but no change. Lots of pets, scorpions live under the floorboards, I have to remove a few every day. Hardly any water pressure, that's not a shower, that's dripping. And the whirlpool, even after several requests, not usable and then awesome, one day the homeowner comes and uses the whirlpool. How now, then don't write it in the offer. Oh yes, the outdoor grill, also not usable. But it's not because of the drought, because it rained a lot. The beds creak and squeak. My lower back has patterns of steel springs pushing through. Electricity is also extremely saved, only one tiny light bulb per room which hardly brings any light. All this and more detracts from the otherwise beautiful place. And then, when I wanted to ask Belvilla for advice, I only got a gentleman who didn't feel like talking. Conclusion: next time another booking company.

The owners were very accommodating and not to exceed the food of Nonna of quality and charm. The surrounding area is not very touristy and therefore also quite low. We were very satisfied.

Beautiful accommodation, with fantastic views, a lovely garden to sit outside in the shade of the trees. The owner surprised us time and again with tomatoes and nectarines. Really amazing!

It was a bit unclear where exactly we had to be, but on arrival the hostess was quickly there to show us around. Accommodation was certainly in line with the information that was found on Belvilla beforehand, so certainly no unpleasant surprises!
