The family apartment is located within a large farmhouse in Pontecchio Polesine and just 2 km from the river Po with a one-hectare park full of fruit trees, swimming pool, tennis court, ample free parking.
In an hour's drive you can reach Venice and numerous art cities such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Mantua and Ferrara. In less than an hour by car you will be on the beaches of the Po Delta and the Adriatic. Instead the beautiful Florence, Ferrara, Padua, Venice and Bologna are easily reachable by train from the Rovigo station.
On the property there are other holiday apartments and the owner's home. There is a fenced park of about 10,000 square meters with numerous fruit trees for our guests. The swimming pool with sun loungers and the tennis court are free. With a 3 km walk along the cycle path you can reach the river Po. Cars must be parked in the large fenced parking area at the back of the apartment.
You will be equipped with a remote control to activate the air conditioning system. Given the high electricity consumption, please turn it on only in case of very high temperatures and turn it off before leaving the house.
Sometimes parties and weddings are organized, especially on weekends.

The apartment is very spacious, the hostess friendly and the pool large and beautiful. In terms of hygiene, there is room for improvement: in the kitchen everything felt spiky, the dishes of the previous tenants had not been cleaned up and not clean. Soap, washing up liquid and a brush or sponge were missing. The location is great, there are many historic towns nearby, which we enjoyed very much.

Friendly hosts. Accommodation is fantastic, nice garden with swimming pool and various flora. Fresh figs and grapes. The surroundings fell a bit to our taste, but perfect for real-time seekers.

We were asked to pay 30 euro for cleaning but except for having the beds made up and towels we didn't see much proof of any cleaning prior to our arrival. The buildings itself was fine and also the amenities such as pool and tennis court. All in all more plus than negative points.

Who likes to do more day trips from one point of beginning is in good hands here. In all directions there are very nice cities. For cycling, the area is ideal, the Po and many channels there is a good network of cycle paths. At night you can then appreciate the beautiful pool and the good screens on the windows properly. But who combines vacation with sea, beach and entertainment is wrong here.

Spacious apartment with very large rooms.Not so clean, dust nets and the floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Far too few utensils and we also missed a terrace at the cottage. (Could not eat outside) Domain is an oasis of calm and is very secluded. Yet sometimes very fast traffic, but this did not really disturbed. Stunning pool to ourselves. Host and hostess are very responsive and do their utmost to make us. Really enjoyable

There were five (two adults, a 16-year-old son, a 15-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son) a week in Venetien.Der stay in this apartment was pure relaxation. The truly generous terrain offers many opportunities for families with smaller and larger children. We felt immediately welcome by the friendly but unobtrusive service. The pool is huge! On the site there are various fruit trees and vines, where you can snack on. The decor of the apartment is simple but complete and very clean. We were particularly pleased have extras that appeared not in the description: 2 x TV, full extra bed in a double room, second bathroom with shower and sink, Waschmaschiene.Die location of the apartment is also very convenient because you within minutes vin 15th color.Download this on the motorway Bologna-Padova small investment is suitable for any time - we'd certainly like to go back ddorthin.

The house was large and well maintained. The pool is quite large and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas etc. The kitchen has a oven.De host speaks Engels.Veel noise "at night. There is no air conditioning and not all windows have horren.Er no wine glasses and bowls and there are few kitchen things. We left one bowl and a rasp behind for the next occupants.

Excellent location for visiting the area, shame that the owners are not more beautiful house near conviviaux.Grande and services but also the road so car noise may annoy people sensibles.Bon sports equipment and space for children, since safety closed by an electric gate.

Our stay in Bordeghina (the largest of the apartments) is quite liked. We had plenty of space (only the second bedroom was comparatively little small), had a pool on site (which also guests from other apartments and rooms was used) and could have some places we wanted to see good reach (over Verona an hour by car, an hour by train from Venice Rovigo). Cons: house is not right on the road, but you still hear some traffic noise, the kitchen was a little more than minimum (or a gas cooker with four hobs and an oven, but eg no knives for cutting vegetables or meat, no separate ladles). The managers are friendly and helpful and speak except Itailaans also a word of English, there are two televisions (mainly Italian program "s), you can use table tennis, table football and a barbecue, but in the immediate area is not much to do , you should really get out if you want something different than games and swimming.

Pontecchio Polesine is located in an area of u200bu200bnatural beauty (Po delta, Colli Eugani) but also cities that are worth a very drivable distance. Besides the town there is a huge shopping center a few kilometers for groceries. The house itself is beautifully located, but also on a busy main road!

Very friendly owner / manager. Extensive information received from the environment. Very nice resort to stay, with lovely pool, but the busy road just past the home is disturbing. At ± 4 km away very large mall. In Pontecchio small supermarket, not a good restaurant. Rovigo and Ferrara easily reached with various options.

A great spot in a non tourist area. The managed star does everything to please the guests to feel at ease. If applicable, can / should you pluck fruit from the trees. We got a big jar of honey because the star managed it in abundance from the burman had received. Prompted and non asks get advice to make your stay more enjoyable maken.Naast the famous cities, Venice, Verona, Vicenza and Padua, Rovigo and Ferrara are also well worth visiting. Beautiful property with friendly owners and very nice pool. many facilities. Only sorry that it is close to a busy road. Also been advised by the operator to a very nice restaurant in the village, a must for any money.
