Gorgeous residence with swimming pool. in Torri del Benaco, on Lake Garda.
This 8-apartment property is ideally located at only 2 km from the city centre and at 800 metres above the lake level. It boasts a wonderful view on the surrounding landscape.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and features an independent entrance, as well as a terrace equipped with table and chairs that gives access to the garden. Guests can enjoy the recently built infinity pool, a large well-kept garden, a barbecue, two external showers, a laundry and parking spot.
Torri de Benaco and the nearby towns are well known for their wines and extra-virgin olive oil: during your stay you should definitely pay a visit to the cellars and the oil mills, where you can taste and buy the local produce. The accommodation is perfectly located if you intend to take a ferry or drive to the other towns on the lake. The area has lots to offer in terms of (water) sports: sailing, canoeing, water-skiing - but also hiking and mountain biking.
The accommodation owner organises various tours and excursions: to the surroundings of Lake Garda, Verona, Valpolicella, Venice, Cremona, Mantova, Milan, the Dolomites and much more.
A public gravel beach is 800 metres from the property. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found within 2 km.
Air-conditioning is upon request and has an additional cost of 10€ per day.
The street that goes up to the property is quite steep and is not served by public transportation.

Beautiful location, you only really need a car for running up the mountain with 35 gr. is very vemoeiend. (very steep hill!) very nice and clean zwembad.Schoonmaakkosten I liked very much, if you saw how clean especially the bathroom! Full of dirty spots in the mold too small shower! and rest was not clean ...

We enjoyed our stay in this house. In particular, the outer experience is good. The view across Lake Garda is brilliant and the pool is beautiful. The cottage itself (flat bottom) is quite small, the living space is limited. Also, the free noisy and there is little seating on the toilet (only our four year old could sit forward with his legs in the toilet). However, because we have lived mostly outside, we were not disturbed by the limitations of the house and especially enjoyed the lovely surroundings.

We were unlucky with the weather and have frozen a lot, the location is so beautiful it deserves the apartment better equipment, because that was the only blemish but clear. A new sofa, a K ࿌ henzeile and beds that fit the mattress (we have it fixed with straps !!!). A plug for the sink, a couple of sharp knives and ... in Italy !! .... a reasonable and clean Kaffeemaschine.Sinnvoll would also be a toilet cleaner and detergent. In any case, it must be clean ie no hair of predecessor and oily coating in the Dusche.für such a beautiful property is just a shame!

Since urgently needs to be improved! \\ R \\ n \\ r \\ n1. Saggy mattress thick !! \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ n2. Mains breaks, especially in the evening hours constantly together! Obsolete! Tip: Replace the furnace urgently \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ n3. The garden is well maintained, super \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ n4. to a few dishes, air conditioning surcharge (10 € per day) \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ nI think that's a clear indication! \\ r \\ n \\ r \\ nFrom therefore we forgive (two pairs zwischen22-30 years) the overall grade 2-3 !!!

The drive up was heavily against us. It was quite steep. We drove namely a Mercedes van which best even though weighed heavily compared to normal car 's struggling upward. The turns were very dangerous and just fits one car on the road. It seems wise to a picture placing the ramp .
