The noble residence occupies an ideal position for a stay on the beautiful Lake Maggiore, surrounded by nature, a stone's throw from the center and only 50 meters from the shores of the lake. From the residence you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view. The apartments are colorful and modern furnished and equipped with every possible comfort. The residence has a large garden, where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Children can have fun in the playground. The center of the town of Verbania is only 3 km away. There you will find shops, restaurants and bars. In the evening you can stroll along the boulevard enjoying a real Italian ice cream. get to the port and take a boat ride, or visit the botanical garden of Villa Taranto.

It is a small but functional living space. Close to the water so you can swim any time of the day. Surroundings are beautiful.

Super, absolutely honest description. Unfortunately on the ground floor many mosquitoes. But garden area and pool really clean and well maintained. Gladly again.

The accomodation looks neat and clean, from reception vriendelijk.klein pool but clean gehouden.Nadeel is that you can not walk away. Beautiful surroundings.

We have been here two wonderful weeks, relax in a nice area with plenty of water. A small drawback is a small swimming pool at the apartment, otherwise it was excellent.

Apartment wad in all respects. Only thing is that you really have to do anything with the car. There is no foot toad along a busy road.

Positive: very nicely situated on the beach, beautiful location, only 50 meters away, Verbania center with its many cozy restaurants only 1 km. Very friendly and helpful staff. Negative: The description said: for 5 people, 2 bedrooms. not so, one open bedroom with a double bed and a single bed without a door and a sofa bed in the living room. In description and confirmed on mail: with a view of the lake, not so. Only received after phone app with laterally more view. Everything very basic. On main road, lots of noise.

At the reception they are friendly apartment is sober and the pool is not a pool but a children's pool, it is located on a busy road so starting off is difficult, I do not understand why they do not look mirror hanging on the tricky corner now it seems just look it delicious.

We had a very nice holiday and the app. was fine. We are all sorry that we had to do everything by car because it was far too dangerous on foot because there were no footpaths. A mosquito net on the windows or cupboards for the sockets had also been welcome (a lot of mosquitoes bites) but generally had a nice holiday. Best regards. Marcel, Nathalie & Kyan

We had a wonderful holiday. Accommodation was fine, friendly staff and very clean. Tableware was complete and beds were fine. Close to the lake, though you can not lie down there. We went to Palanza, where they have a swimming pool with access to the lake, linger. Environment is fantastic, visited the Monte Rosa, Valle Formazza, Stresa (overlooking 3 lakes) and Valle Antrona. There is more, we will definitely come back again.

The residence is clean and check in was effortless. All instructions via email matched. The view to the lake and mountains is beautiful. The street is unfortunately very close and can be heard. The beach is within walking distance. Recommended for families with young children.
