Idyllic, peaceful location on the golf course, spacious apartment for Italian standards, a problem (with air conditioning) was very adequately resolved by friendly staff.

reception at the reception was ok. Very friendly people, very helpful. Location of the accommodation was super. Less crowded part of Lake Garda, in the green, close to everything. The accommodation itself is worn out. It was clean, but it needs to be renovated urgently: bathrooms and kitchen need to be taken care of. kitchen not sufficiently supplied with material: not enough knives, search for a serving bowl, ... Curtains hanging there are too short, ... Our apartment was above the restaurant and one night was greatly bothered by noise, the other nights not ( maybe inform the people when they are having a party?) If the apartment is being renovated this is a winner.

On our arrival Saturday it was a bit busy so the people at the reception quickly showed us around the house and then had to go through again. Otherwise fine. We did not know that the air conditioning had to be paid for separately. Only on Sunday we got remote controls and two air conditioners did not work. Before that, Tuesday was a mechanic and everything was repaired. Therefore they did not pass on costs for air conditioning, neatly.
