Lovely apartments, which forms part of a new, elegant and comfortable residence close to Tremosine, within a short distance from the Gardameer.
The residence is peaceful situated, far from the traffic and is situated in the heart of the new "Parco Altogarda Bresciano". An ideal place to make lovely excursions by bicycle or foot, even for those who love tennis. You will find the lake within 10min. drive.
The park is structured in such a way that the guest could freely use the facilities: open air swimming pool (25 x 10m), covered swimming pool (5 x 6m), 3 tennis courts, volleyball field, play hall, the barbeque can also be used. Furthermore there are among other things a bar, restaurant, video hall, telephone booths and wash machines (with coin system). Parking area for the car and a covered cycle store.
The apartments are furnished comfortable and equip with a terrace or balcony, from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the mountainous surrounding!

I found the accommodation clean and tidy with a nice terrace. A small minus is that there is no dishwasher is available. There was a nice terrace and the property was nice attention of many views. The owner was very helpful. For example, I had pads on my MTB need he sold but also stopped myself on my MTB assembled at no extra cost. Outside, everything was neat and was geveegd.Kortom, to be repeated every day.

It's a nice, solid complex with a nice restaurant there. The majority of the guests is Duits.Mooie environment for walking and cycling (about). Way there very steep. Quite a hassle to get there and to go away. does not invite to daily example to Limone and Riva. People who go here, come for peace and nature.

The children were begesitert the great pool (unheated) and the large playground. In addition, it still has many excursion possibilities around Lake Garda.

Hello folks, just returned from a wonderful holiday at Belvilla, La Pertica. What a magnifique environment. You're lovely but ... appt.complex it is awfully high in the mountains! And the village is on foot, but has steep roads. The lake can be seen, but from very far away. Furthermore, the "cool evening (late July / early August) and therefore you can sleep soundly. What had showers, but the next day the sun shines again fully. Friendly people, also in the area. Always greets you with a "giorno" or "sera". On recommendation! Sincerely, fam Rompas, Veendam

We have had a wonderful week vacation in Italy, thanks to the perfect weather for the time of year, April, and then around 25 degrees is of course superb. We also found the owner super friendly, very helpful. The restaurant is also good, tasty dishes. What I did notice us, is that the cottages are very noisy. There were only four houses occupied, and so little noise, but I think if you stay, do not come for you. Rests here in high season What was also very satisfactory, is that the cottages are very clean.

Friendly welcome. Apartment was spacious, neat and tidy. Beautiful environment; climb more than 600m before you get there. But then it is also nice and quiet :-) One downside was the stove: with 2 old electric hobs you can't put a decent meal on the table, certainly not for 5/6 people.
