The Baita is located in the San Rocco district, just 30 m from the Amerikan ski elevator and 150 m from the Carousel 3000 gondola. The apartment is ideal for winter sports and nature lovers.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can immerse yourself in the luxury atmosphere with designer shops. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk on the hiking trails next to the bike path here.
There are a total of 6 apartments with spacious, bright rooms and elegant and original furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with luxury and comfort and you can end the day relaxing on the balcony.
We offer a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), except for families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.

The Organisiation site is great and very urlaubs-relaxing. We could at any time to the agency contact passes were also available there, so we could start skiing immediately. The house is conveniently located near the Carussello. "Nursery slopes" for the children are within reach. The house contains some apartments (a bit noisy) and a ski storage room to dry the boots and skis - really great. The beds / room layout is good for 6 pers. in order. All in all a great holiday and ski - happy again.
