Lake lies 100 m from the apartment if you wish to enjoy a day out in the open. The restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center are 1000 m from the apartment.

We had a wonderful week in this spacious apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of the charming village. Too bad you do not have wifi there, further top.

Nice cozy apartment on Lake Como with nice owners. Handsome and clean rooms are simple. Water shoes are still recommended. Beautiful surroundings, only parking at the apartment, there are too few parking spaces they should share it with a hotel. Supermarket 1 km in the village.

Great views of the Comomeer.De service was a lot less first day without electricity well resolved by Belvilla. We got the money for one day back and searched himself for another onderkomen.Afvoer shower and toilet itself but resolved ontstoppingsmiddel.Wel wifi built but not (yet) connected to the Internet mogelijk.Eigenaresse is really good will and extremely friendly but can Probleme as they call themselves, are not really the main bieden.Inrichting is rather verouderd.Maar if you take for granted that everything you've got a great place with great views !!. Near the village of Menaggio is easily accessible by bicycle. Because a car can be very difficult to lose in the high season in the village.

If two adults with a car we were able to Mena Agio (ongoing), Lecco, Como, Tremezzo (VILAA Carlotta), market Lenzo, day by ferry to Varenna and Belvilla. Car trip to high vantage Sanghigino overlooking Lake Lugano and beyond. Churches, cafes, shops, hiking, dining out. Italian atmosphere, beautiful surroundings! And lots of sun.

We had the apartment on the first floor with a balcony across the board, so we always had sun and shade. Apartment is quite luxurious and in good condition. Friendly and helpful caretaker. Como, Bellagio and Lugano are recommended.

Nice spot, right on the lake como. The apartment is very spacious and meets the requirements that you would expect. Apoartement to in this price range From the terrace there is a magnificent view over the lake. The apartment has a private beach. The very elegant Menaggio is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was basic, clean, and perfectly adequate for people who plan to spend most of the time outside. We had the 'worst' (corner) balcony on our floor, but the view was great anyway. The couple that are responsible for the building are lovely and very helpful. We had a rental car and made several day trips to near by cities (Como, Lugano, Bellanzano) and to four fantastic hikes. One day we took the boat from Menaggio and visited the cities in the mid-lake area.

Simply apartment with everything you need. Low and relatively quiet, it is also walking distance relatively quickly (about 15 min.) In the center of Menaggio. The only restriction is a disco (which we do not even know where it is exactly ...), which provided the weekend by very loud music for some noise. But that of course does not only affect this property, as other sonicated. Nice balcony with lovely views over Lake Como. Nice landlord.

Good. Check neatly arranged, friendly lady who let us choose from two available apartment. Beautiful setting and good as a base to use for their own excursions. Beautifully situated right next to Lake Como with beautiful clean water (or bring your beach shoes!). Owner helpful and speaks good German.
