We have already phoned. The key transfer did not work. Contact details were wrong. Had to look for another place to stay. The Belvilla hotline was overloaded on Saturday and could not reach anyone. We expect the rent to be refunded.

We had a plane cancellation and arrived 1 day later in the middle of the night.The owner did everything to help us and we were able to reach the accommodation without problem.The house is well located, close to the sea, quiet The residence is very quiet, smiling people.The house is large, very clean and very well equipped.
