The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.
The ground-floor holiday home has a private terrace with seating to enjoy reading a book or a cool refreshing drink. In the recreation room, you have a TV and table football game to enjoy. Very nice house and great fun for the kids. They have a ping-pong, foosball, darts and football pitch.

Very friendly hostess. Neat house, spacious, sufficient kitchen equipment, beautiful domain. Very remote, even for trips you are on the road for a long time. Beautiful and well-maintained pool, too few umbrellas and because of the constant wind you can not leave it open. Maybe a good idea to plant trees on the grass next to the pool for shade. In Fracasso a very good restaurant, La Collina , closed on Monday.
