This 1-bedroom holiday home is set in the heart of nature in Città di Castello. There is a swimming pool offering beautiful views where you can take a refreshing dip. The holiday home is ideal for a family or group of 4 persons.
The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.
The ground-floor holiday home has a private terrace with seating to enjoy reading a book or a cool refreshing drink. In the recreation room, you have a TV and table football game to enjoy. You can also indulge in a game of table tennis here. Evenings are better when everyone gathers around the hot barbecue with a glass of wine. A shared washing machine and bicycles are available here.

A wonderful place for a family getaway! The recreation room kept the kids entertained, and we spent our evenings by the barbecue, perfect for creating memories.

Beautiful setting with Assisi, Spello, Cortona, Gubbio and go definitely to 1:30 pm rijafstand.En to restaurant La Collina as you return to the paved road. A very friendly welcome to you and Laura Lorenzo.
