This 1-bedroom holiday home is set in the heart of nature in Città di Castello. There is a swimming pool offering beautiful views where you can take a refreshing dip. The holiday home is ideal for a family or group of 4 persons.

The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.
