This pet-friendly villa in Rome has 1 bedrooms for 2 people to stay comfortably. Ideal for a small family with children, it has free wifi, a relaxing swimming pool, and a beautiful garden to enjoy the stunning view.

The surroundings are beautiful with woods, vineyards , olive trees and fields. Nearby places of Orvieto, Cività di Bagnoregio, Todi, Assisi, Lake Bolsena, Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany are ideal to for fun outings. Sermugnano, Castiglione in Teverina, and Lake Alviano can also be visited in a day. The medieval castles, churches and Etruscan and Roman ruins are perfect for history lovers to explore. Seabeach is 80 km away. Castiglione in Teverina town center is nearby at 2 km.

Furnished with antiques, there is a barbecue to enjoy and a TV and fireplace in the living room to relax. 1 pet is allowed free of charge.

Motorway and train station are at 7 km and 10 km respectively. The nearest airport is 100 km away.

Beautiful tranquil setting with an indescribable view. A very charming house no great luxury but everything is present. The owners were friendly and explained everything as well as possible in a mix of French - Italian and English.

Beautiful large holiday home. Perfect for 10 people. House is secluded with a nice view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool very nice to cool off. Large supermarket (coop) at 15 min drive in Orvieto. Addresses (key and house) that Belvilla gives are not correct, have reported this.
