Located in Rufina, this farmhouse surrounded by olive trees in beautiful natural settings has 3 bedrooms and hosts 6 guests. It is perfect for a group or family to stay and enjoy the swimming pool and terrace.

You can reach Pomino in 2 km and enjoy the beautiful nature and the amazing wine available here. You can also explore Florence at 30 km with its Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, restaurants, and terraces. Enjoy playing tennis at 300 m. Town center is nearby at 3 km.

During the evenings keep yourself warm with the fireplace in the sitting room. The kitchen is modern and also has a dining table to have your meals. There is a pond and swimming pool here for you to enjoy a swim. The terrace and shared garden with furniture are perfect to relax with a barbecue. the house accommodates 1 pet and also provides parking.

What a fantastic place, the view is stunning! The house was fine, the pool wonderful. The pool is not directly beside the house, but is accessible via a country road. It was warm and there were no screens on the windows. The beds in one room were terrible. Old kapok mattresses. They really should be replaced. Furthermore, the oven did not work. It was supposed to be repaired, but we did not see anyone again. We were allowed to use the oven in the house next to ours.

Beautiful view, authentic decor and clean.
Upon arrival you really have the dolce vita feeling.
However, a few points did not contribute to comfort, such as a very bad mattress on one of the beds, many mosquitoes, no screens on the windows and no fans, which makes for sticky nights, many mosquito bites and poor sleep.
In addition, it is half a very steep mountain pass away from shops and restaurants. This makes going out to eat and returning in the dark a real challenge and you won't be able to get fresh rolls in the morning.
It's a shame that the oven didn't work either. And a tip: invest in good pans.

Fattoria Petrognano is a perfect vacation spot. Quiet, nice pool and beautiful surroundings.
