This beautiful detached stone house is located in the village of Brotnice on the Dubrovnik Riviera. The house is located very close to the historic village of Cavtat (12 km) and Dubrovnik Airport (13 km). In the countryside near Dubrovnik, the mountains and the sea come together in the midst of the Mediterranean climate.

This place offers a fantastic view over the green Konavle valley and is completely private. Just 500 meters away you will find an archaeological dig from the 15th century and the sea is only 15 minutes away. You can go on many excursions from the holiday home. For example, visit old Dubrovnik (28 km), Cavtat (12 km), the island of Lokrum (26 km) or Montenegro. You can also go to islands like Mljet (104 km) or Korcula (144 km) and admire the wineries in Konavle (25.5 km).

The ground floor has a large dining room with kitchen, large living room and a nice bathroom. It has access to a fenced, tiled patio, an ideal place to unwind. There is also a beautiful tavern with an open fireplace and grill.

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The accommodation is just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were received very hospitably by the hostess. It is wonderfully quiet between the mountains. If you really want to unwind this is the perfect place with a jaccuzi.Er is an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and sandwich maker, very nice.Lovely shade cloth, you can sunbathe but also good look up the shade.In the house is a lot of information about the area but if you the hostess tells you what your interests are, she adds to this with even more information such as if you want to go to Bosnia or Montenegro where you can best cross the border so that you do not have to wait in a long queue.

It is a beautiful house in a quiet area, near the beautiful places of Cavtat and Dubrovnik.We were greatly welcomed by the landlords, Mato and Ana. Mato had contacted in advance about the time of arrival. Ana was there to catch us. We were very warmly welcomed with drinks and ice cream for the children, very cordially and attentive. She had filled the fridge with food items. She gave us lots of good information about the area and practical tips. Really great welcome! The house was lovely. Spacious enough for 5 people. The airco works well, which was nice in the hot days we were there. Well clean, equipped with all conveniences.The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Nice to walk. A car is really necessary at this house.
