Welcome to our family-friendly home located in Zaton bay, just a short drive from the Old Town - historical center of Dubrovnik.
This stylish home delivers ultimate privacy with amazing sea views, a private basketball court, a heated swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and all the space for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families!
The interiors ooze with rustic charm and modern décor refreshing style.The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need during your stay and dining room by the kitchen offers a big dining table with chairs, perfect for some quality time over a meal. The lounge is cosy with two large sofas and satellite LCD TV. From the living room there is access to a balcony to enjoy pleasant summer evenings and the sea view.
Two bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as a king bed if there are couples staying.
For beach lovers, the local beach is only 300m from the house. Restaurants, the supermarket, bars and more all within a short walking distance from the house.
What makes this property particularly special is the 290 square meters (3.122 square feet) outdoor secluded area for your privacy.
This spacious outdoor area boasts an attractive stone pool deck, which receives plenty of sunshine and is surrounded sunbeds and parasols. For those that love to lay back and relax, or read a book on the hammock, you will love the private heated pool and the bubbling Jacuzzi.
For the more competitive ones, enjoy a game of basketball on the private court, or even some rounds of table tennis! When the sports (or simply lounging) get you hungry, the covered pergola with summer kitchen, dining area and BBQ is a perfect spot for enjoying leisurely evening ‘Al fresco’.

Absolutely recommendable destination!
We rented a holiday apartment on the internet for the 1st time - for 2 children, grandma and us parents, as well as 2 small dogs - Mr. Irene was SUPER nice, helped us with every problem (medical, shopping, etc.), tried to read our every wish from our eyes.... When we came back late from a trip because of traffic jams, Mr. Irena even took our dogs for a short walk - it was simply PERFECT here!
The pool is really nice, you can even swim at night :) The accommodation is super luxurious, you get towels, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, tea towels and of course bed linen.
Thank you very much and we are already looking forward to the next time!

We would recommend this holiday destination to anyone
Our stay (6 people) in the holiday home was excellent. The hosts Irene were very accommodating and always very accessible for questions. The holiday home with pool looks exactly like the pictures: very nice, modern and well maintained. We would recommend this holiday destination to anyone who wants to relax in a quiet environment during their holidays. Many thanks to Irene for a wonderful holiday experience.

Pure enthusiasm
We were with a large family (my family, my brother with family) and our dog for 2 weeks. As seen in the pictures, everything is in top condition with many great details, especially the outdoor area with pool and great basketball court as well as the very practical outdoor kitchen. Owner Irena must be praised at least as much, she is super friendly and especially helpful with any request. It couldn't be better!! Thank you!!

Very beautiful house, super nice landlords, absolutely recommendable!
We, 2 families, 4 adults, 4 children (5-15 years) spent a very nice holiday week in the House Noah with our 2 medium-sized dogs. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords, Irene; there was homemade schnapps for greeting, a bottle of wine, and non-alcoholic drinks for the children. The house is super equipped - clean, cozy, great amenities. We made the most use of the great pool and the cozy seating area. Irene was very hospitable, helpful, and gave us good tips. We were completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Beautiful vacation!!!
We had two relaxing weeks in this beautiful house with a private pool. It is wonderfully located in a small place called Zaton, 10 minutes from Dubrovnik. The house is fully equipped and very well maintained. The views are simply wonderful. With the car, you can quickly reach the surrounding villages and towns. The warm and friendly landlords are always reachable and have many valuable tips ready. We often vacation in holiday homes, and we can say that the vacation in this house was one of the best.

Wie haben das 1.x im Internet uns eine Ferienwohung gemietet - für 2 Kinder, Oma und uns Eltern, sowie 2 kleinen Hunden - Herr Irene war SUPER nett, half uns bei jedem Problem (medizin., einkaufstechn.,etc.), hat versucht uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen... Als wir an einem Tag zu spät wegen Staus vom Ausflug retour kamen, ist Herr Irena sogar mit unseren Hunden kurz Gassi gegangen - es war hier einfach PERFEKT!
Der Pool ist wirklich schön, man darf sogar nachts schwimmen :) Die Unterkunft superluxuriös, man bekommt Handtücher, Shampoo, Spüli, Geschirrtücher und natürlich Bettwäsche.
Vielen Dank und wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!
Wir würden dieses Urlaubsziel jedem empfehlen

Unser Aufenthalt (6 Personen) in dem Ferienhaus war hervorragend. Die Gastgeber Irene waren sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen immer sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ferienhaus mit Pool sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern: sehr schön, modern und gepflegt. Wir würden dieses Urlaubsziel jedem empfehlen, der sich in den Ferien in einer ruhigen Umgebung entspannen möchte. Vielen Dank an Irene für das schöne Ferienerlebnis.

Wir waren mit großer Familie (meine Familie, mein Bruder mit Familie ) und unserem Hund 2 Wochen. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist alles in einem Top-Zustand mit vielen tollen Details, insbesondere der Außenbereicht mit Pool und tollem Basketball Platz sowie der sehr praktischen Außenküche.Besitzerin Irena muss mindestens genauso gelobt werden, sie ist super freundlich und vor allem zu jeder hilfsbereit bei jeglichem Wunsch. Besser geht nicht !! Hvala !!

Wir, 2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (5-15 Jahre) verbrachten mit unseren 2 mittelgroßen Hunden eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche im Haus Noah. Wir sind von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen worden Irene; es gab selbstgemachten Schnaps zur Begrüßung, eine Flasche Wein, alkoholfreie Getränke für die Kinder. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet- sauber, gemütlich, super Ausstattung. Den klasse Pool und die gemütliche Sitzecke haben wir am meisten genutzt. Irene war sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Kann man sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Haus mit privatem pool.Sie liegt wunderbar in einem kleinen Ort Zaton , 10 Minuten vom Dubrovnik. Die Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht sind einfach wunderbar. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte.Die herzlichen und freundlichen Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und haben viele wertvolle Tips parat. Wir machen oft Urlaub in Ferienhäusern und wir können sagen, dass der Urlaub in dieser Haus einer der besten war.

Our family stayed a week in this outstanding and very beautiful home in Zaton bay near Dubrovnik.Our host Irena were so very kind, helpful and there if we needed any help. They sorted out our airport transfers and gave us all a wonderful welcome on the day of our arrival. The house is great, especially the pool area. We also booked a trip on the boat for the day to see a few islands with lunch provided. We were very lucky as the local dolphin joined us, it was very special. Everything is right on the doorstep, bus stop, supermarket s, restaurants ....we would recommend Valla, we received free ice cream. We will definitely return as this house is a gem and the hosts are outstanding
