In Neoric with my family, I felt like it was an ideal location for our adventures. Our kids especially loved swimming in the pool after visiting places like Trogir and Sibenik. We’ll definitely come back!

On a family vacation for a week, we found this villa to be an excellent base. The amenities were practical and included a well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds that made us feel at home while being away.

Business-wise, it suited my needs with ample parking and reliable internet access for work calls in between visits to local sights.

With the group of friends, we stayed for twelve days in Ante's villa. The villa is located in the beautiful village of Croatia called Neoric. In the village, there is a small supermarket, and a large Kaufland/Lidl is a 30-minute drive away. There is plenty of parking space at the villa. The pool is well maintained by Ante. The villa has 4 bedrooms with a bathroom. In the kitchen and in the living room, there is a sofa bed including air conditioning. All windows are equipped with sunshades and awnings to prevent insects. It is a nice kitchen to cook in. Outside there is also a barbecue. Ante was a perfect host. He helped us book canyoning, rafting, and visiting the blue lagoon. In addition, Ante helped us attend a Hajduk Split match, fantastic! On the last evening, Ante even cooked for us. The villa is definitely recommended!

Overall, we had a relaxed stay. The villa was well-equipped and provided a comfortable base for our adventures. The nearby beaches were beautiful and easily accessible.

We had an amazing stay at the house! Ante and his family where very kind and helpful. They even made us dinner one night and gave us a ride to the grocery store. The house is very nice, with a big garden and pool. Definitely would recommend to stay!

I highly recommend this place for a getaway! The villa is beautiful and secluded, complete with a pool and all the amenities you could wish for.
