Cannot rate the accommodation due to cancellation due to med. need. However, the cancellation process is not going well. Belvilla can hardly be reached in a normal way. There is no response to emails and a claim on cancellation insurance will not be processed. Insurance premium wasted money. No contact with the insurer possible. How is that possible???

I emailed 2 hours before arrival. Hostess Afterwards received us well and immediately showed everything. The apartment was spacious and everything was there. The only thing that was a shame is that you share the entry with another apartment, so you don't really have privacy outside. The garden was beautiful but a lot of bugs.

Apartment is rural, with generous garden where chickens scurry and dogs dribbelen.Appartement is partly "beautiful classic" decorated, with authentic furniture. However, kitchen block and interior are somewhat cheap. The bathroom is somewhat dated, although everything works. Master bedroom is comfortably furnished, great bed. The attic bedroom (not used by me) is accessible via a spiral staircase in the bathroom. Not really convenient and also (under the roof) pretty warm.Minpunt is the noisy sounds of the adjacent apartment penetrate pretty well and have given me 1 sleepless night. For groceries one is dependent on the Intermarche in Darney, about 10 minutes drive . Wi-Fi is slow, but it works.

We have had a nice week (August 2008), we enjoyed the silence and the beautiful surroundings. Our boys 9 and 11 have been very well entertained. The app. is fully equipped and we as the owners very welcoming experience. We got them a lot of information about the area and organize them 1 x per week for dinner. I got a zucchini from the garden. Ms. speaks besides English also good German and English, sir speaks Vlaams.De environment has not yet been discovered by mass tourism and has something to offer all seasons.

The garden is large and with a chicken coop with fresh eggs and adjacent to a meadow with cows and on the other side 2 donkeys. The disadvantage is that you share the entrance and that the apartment is a bit noisy. The gite is in a quiet location and from here you can make trips a short distance to eg Vittel and Epinal, but also many beautiful hiking trails are close to the apartment. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful and can give you many tips for trips in the area.

Excellent accommodation, in a very quiet place with a beautiful large garden and view. The only drawback is that the permanent tenants use the same entrance and live right next to you. Nice people, but emphatically present, Privacy feeling is therefore less. Cycling in the area is very nice: slightly hilly. The roads are very quiet, as you no longer encounter in the Netherlands.

"The Bouzey lake", a 29km drive from the house is definitely recommended! This is a big lake where you can swim, eat and stay calm with the children. Walks that start in surrounding villages are therefore ideal in these beautiful surroundings. If you like a fun day out doing the town of La Bresse (at the resort) in the summer certainly aanrader.Geweldig walks and activities during this period!

Our stay in the charming studio was really pleasant! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of four, and the evenings spent grilling in the private garden were amazing, enjoying the wonderful views of the meadows. The location is a dream for nature lovers, with Darney Forest just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed several hikes and bike rides, savoring the tranquility of the village. The host was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. A great place for a peaceful getaway!

Large garden with no less than 2 wells, owner is very friendly and speaks several languages. Plenty to do in the area for a family, groceries and good patisserie a short distance (5 min. by car). Car is handy in this area!

Cannot rate the accommodation due to cancellation due to med. need. However, the cancellation process is not going well. Belvilla can hardly be reached in a normal way. There is no response to emails and a claim on cancellation insurance will not be processed. Insurance premium wasted money. No contact with the insurer possible. How is that possible???

Excellent accommodation, in a very quiet place with a beautiful large garden and view. The only drawback is that the permanent tenants use the same entrance and live right next to you. Nice people, but emphatically present, Privacy feeling is therefore less. Cycling in the area is very nice: slightly hilly. The roads are very quiet, as you no longer encounter in the Netherlands.

I emailed 2 hours before arrival. Hostess Afterwards received us well and immediately showed everything. The apartment was spacious and everything was there. The only thing that was a shame is that you share the entry with another apartment, so you don't really have privacy outside. The garden was beautiful but a lot of bugs.

The landlady was on leave, so we had to search before we had received the key. The accommodation was very good, only the bed was worn and almost fell to the ground.

Very warm welcome by the hostess. Her son was also available for advice and deed. Apartment is rural, with generous garden where chickens scurry and dogs dribbelen.Appartement is partly "beautiful classic" decorated, with authentic furniture. However, kitchen block and interior are somewhat cheap. The bathroom is somewhat dated, although everything works. Master bedroom is comfortably furnished, great bed. The attic bedroom (not used by me) is accessible via a spiral staircase in the bathroom. Not really convenient and also (under the roof) pretty warm.Minpunt is the noisy sounds of the adjacent apartment penetrate pretty well and have given me 1 sleepless night. For groceries one is dependent on the Intermarche in Darney, about 10 minutes drive . Wi-Fi is slow, but it works.

Warmly welcomed by friendly hostess. Speaks French and German.We received a delicious glass of juice and a beer. Also our little girl was warmly welcomed.The cute dog was very sweet for Anne-Lize. Also the couple living downstairs (son) was very friendly. Speaking English.The lady even speaks Afrikaans. The good bed and delicious couch in the apartment.Good nice attic room for teenagers.Cooking is well stocked with kitchenware.Also some chickens to feed and two donkeys close by (very fun for a toddler) Beautifully rolling landscape to tour through .We had warm weather and have visited a lot of beautiful lakes, to walk for a walk and have a snack. And of course some beautiful towns. There is a beautiful garden where we enjoyed the rest of the evening.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. Very clean apartment. Quietly located, nice meadow to live in. In the immediate vicinity, not a lot to do. What less privacy by shared entrance with other apartment. For our teenage sons, the fully pink decorated bedroom with double bed that was in open connection offered the bathroom little satisfaction.

Accommodation was good. There was a dishwasher but there must be some more crockery and cutlery are available. The area is rural, beautiful and very quiet.

We arrived and were very warmly welcomed by Nadine. Got a soda and a very detailed explanation on the tourist activities nearby.The house is clean and spacious. The large garden is also very pleasant to be able to cozy vertoeven.Hebben every time is ten minutes drive outside dining overlooking beautiful weiden.Bakker and supermarket at most fifteen minutes. "The Bouzey lake", a 29km drive from the house is definitely recommended! This is a big lake where you can swim, eat and stay calm with the children. Walks that start in surrounding villages are therefore ideal in these beautiful surroundings. If you like a fun day out doing the town of La Bresse (at the resort) in the summer certainly aanrader.Geweldig walks and activities during this period!

We have had a nice week (August 2008), we enjoyed the silence and the beautiful surroundings. Our boys 9 and 11 have been very well entertained. The app. is fully equipped and we as the owners very welcoming experience. We got them a lot of information about the area and organize them 1 x per week for dinner. I got a zucchini from the garden. Ms. speaks besides English also good German and English, sir speaks Vlaams.De environment has not yet been discovered by mass tourism and has something to offer all seasons.
