Owner very sympathetic and helpful. Incredibly good location: a few minutes on foot from the center with shops, resto and large department store and opposite fruit shop. The garden is also superb; small but all day long somewhere in the sun (or shade, we were there during Easter holidays and so wanted to fully enjoy the sun). Inside we were a bit disappointed in comfort and luxury (compared to our expectations for Belvilla houses). Showers were basic and suspension system eg of the upper bathroom was broken. Kitchen small and eg very small fridge. What you should also know in advance is that the second room upstairs is also the entrance to the bathroom upstairs, so you always have to go through that room if you want to go to the bathroom. Senseo did not work, but when reported to the owner, he immediately made another available. So all in all ok inside but just not the luxury that we were used to at Belvilla.
