We had a fantastic family vacation at this villa! The private swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved lounging on the sun loungers by the garden, The shaded terrace was perfect for evening meals, especially with the BBQ ready to go, Highly recommend it!

A picturesque place with a stunning view of the sea, A compact, cozy house with air conditioning in every room and good appliances, The house has everything you need, including a gas grill, You can drive right up to the villa and park at the entrance in a crossover vehicle, The nearest beach is a 7-minute drive away, There is a view of the peninsula, and the best beaches are located there, We especially enjoyed Plage de la Badin with its beautiful small coves and convenient parking, On the way to the beach, you can admire flamingos in their natural habitat, We really enjoyed our stay at this villa

This villa in Hyères was perfect for our family getaway! The children loved the private pool, and the spacious garden offered plenty of space to play. The air-conditioned living room was a real joy during the hot afternoons. We were just a few minutes' drive from Almanarre beach, where we enjoyed trying water sports. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals, and we enjoyed several barbecues on the terrace in the evening. I highly recommend it for families!

Great place for the family! We were 8 and there was enough space for everyone. The terrace was nice for evening dinners. The WiFi was a bit slow, but we managed. I would definitely return.

What a charming house! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The villa itself was spacious, with enough bedrooms for our group of eight. We appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the provision of a crib and a high chair for our little one. The proximity to Toulon - Hyeres Airport made our arrival and departure a breeze. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions, including the beautiful Parc Olbius Riquier. A truly relaxing retreat with everything one could wish for!

The pool is not very big, but enough for us, because they can always go to the beach. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom with dressing room downstairs and a smaller bathroom with shower boven.Er is a large TV upstairs and Wi-Fi. In summer there is a lot of traffic!

Arrival was smooth. Key was ready inside as agreed. House was reasonably clean. Certain places in the kitchen (above shoulder level) had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The environment is very quiet. Possibility of swimming in the lake (10 minutes drive). Environment is green and there are several lakes. For visiting interesting towns you are about 60 minutes away by car.

really nice accommodation, outstanding sea view … all perfect. accomodation handover as agreed. the house located in very quiet and pleasant area, however activities including beaches, bars, restaurants are all in driving distance 15-30 mins, too far to walk there

Superb house. Fantastic view. Very friendly owner. Good beds and special furnishings. Car is not easy to park at the house. Better off street parking. Dead end street so no problem.

Ideal home with all comfort.A very nice uitzicht.klein minus the driveway is quite steep down and hard to drive back up, so best car on street leave does not always practical with groceries and suitcases.
