The villa is spacious and very well-maintained. Above all, the outdoor area is fantastic. A very beautiful, clean pool and an incredible view of the sea. There is even an electric car charging socket at the house.

Fantastic villa on the hillside with a sensational view of the sea and the peninsula of Hyères. The house is perfectly equipped with everything needed, and the rooms are all tastefully furnished. On the terrace and by the pool, you have sun from morning to evening. You neither see nor hear anything from the neighborhood. The access to the property is very steep with a very narrow 180-degree curve. With a large car, for example. The BMW 5 should be driven down backwards because there is no turning possibility at the house. However, there are plenty of parking options on the very quiet access road. Very direct and simple contact with the landlord.

What a charming house! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The villa itself was spacious, with enough bedrooms for our group of eight. We appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the provision of a crib and a high chair for our little one. The proximity to Toulon - Hyeres Airport made our arrival and departure a breeze. Arrival was smooth. Key was ready inside as agreed. House was reasonably clean. Certain places in the kitchen (above shoulder level) had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The environment is very quiet. Possibility of swimming in the lake (10 minutes drive). Environment is green and there are several lakes. For visiting interesting towns you are about 60 minutes away by car.

Ideal home with all comfort.A very nice uitzicht.klein minus the driveway is quite steep down and hard to drive back up, so best car on street leave does not always practical with groceries and suitcases.
