This 4-bedroom villa in Hyères is ideal for families with small kids. It can host up to 8 people. Resting 3 km from the beach, the villa offers a private swimming pool and a roofed terrace.
Hit the nearby beach to try all kinds of water sports. The islands of Port Cros and Le Levant are also close by. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are located only 5 km away.
This heated villa has a spacious garden for recreation. There is a barbecue for enjoying grilled meals. During the summer, you can relax in the air-conditioned living room. Beautiful house with views ditto. Fully equipped. nice landlady. Car is necessary. Sea not very far away but home is situated on a mountain, so a steep climb.

Firstly, it has a beautiful sea view, priceless! It is however at the top of the hill so you will lose some time if you eg to shopping moet.Het house offers all facilities. The pool is not very big, but enough for us, because they can always go to the beach. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom with dressing room downstairs and a smaller bathroom with shower boven.Er is a large TV upstairs and Wi-Fi. In summer there is a lot of traffic!

Arrival was smooth. Key was ready inside as agreed. House was reasonably clean. Certain places in the kitchen (above shoulder level) had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The environment is very quiet. Possibility of swimming in the lake (10 minutes drive). Environment is green and there are several lakes. For visiting interesting towns you are about 60 minutes away by car.

really nice accommodation, outstanding sea view … all perfect. accomodation handover as agreed. the house located in very quiet and pleasant area, however activities including beaches, bars, restaurants are all in driving distance 15-30 mins, too far to walk there

Superb house. Fantastic view. Very friendly owner. Good beds and special furnishings. Car is not easy to park at the house. Better off street parking. Dead end street so no problem.

Ideal home with all comfort.A very nice uitzicht.klein minus the driveway is quite steep down and hard to drive back up, so best car on street leave does not always practical with groceries and suitcases.
