The villa was fantastich located on a beautiful spot overlooking the sea. Upon arrival, received warmly by the manager.

The house and pool are fantastic! An amazing view, very spacious terrace and a beautiful large and clean pool with comfortable sunbeds with thick mattresses. The decor is cozy and comfortable and the beds are very good. The apartment downstairs is stylish and very spacious. Bathrooms are modern and all amenities are present. Spacious bath linen. On arrival the toilet was not very clean unfortunately. There is some maintenance needed a door handle that is loose, a broken roller blind in the apartment downstairs, kitchen cupboards that worn eyes and that do not close properly, a wobbling kitchen faucet, a hob that does not work, some sockets in the bedrooms do not work, parasols at the swimming pool that is held up with tiewraps. No big things, but for the price this can really be improved. Also, the kitchen inventory to a clearance, there is a lot of everything, but also old worn pans next to new. Cabinets are messy full. And we missed a real oven, despite the combimagnetron.Prima base for trips to, among others, Fréjus, St Maxime and St Tropez. We recommend the boat, the bateau vert, from the harbor in Les Issambres to St Tropez. Keeps in mind that there is very high traffic on trips. The Spar and the beach are close by, but also very busy (and expensive) and parking is a challenge. Car is really necessary due to the height of the house. Many good restaurants nearby, recommended Kalmos K'fé, great food on the beach and super friendly service. Good takeaway pizza also nearby. All in all, we had a great holiday!

The house is beautifully situated on a hill with a beautiful view towards the sea. The manager has received us nicely and showed the house in a very fast pace. The terraces at the house and at the pool are generous and offer a lot of privacy. There are also plenty of opportunities for looking for shade. The pool is of a fine size. The house itself showed some traces of rental and was somewhat dated. The bathroom is in need of a renovation the heating element in the bathroom is full of rust spots and the bathroom furniture is old. Water pressure is also a point of attention, which was almost nil at regular intervals, so that we could not use water. The kitchen and the kitchen equipment was also fairly basic (there is no oven available for example) and the kitchen cupboards that were painted in color have been hanging there for a long time. Also one of the hobs did not work. When we informed the manager about this after our holiday, he indicated that the plate had been faulty for some time. It is a pity that this only became clear, that science could have saved us a lot of annoyance. That by storm also a short circuit in the kitchen occurred and we by defective sockets 5 days by extension cables in the living room had to make coffee and tea until an electrician came to fix the problem, perhaps says something about the state of the house (the in any case, neighbors had no power outages per se). The manager did this incident as typical French, but we found it annoying to face such inconveniences during our vacation. Especially when renting a house of EUR. 3500, - per week, you expect these things to be well organized. All in all a fine location, a lovely private pool, St Maxime close by, as well as beach and shops, but the house itself deserves a major makeover.

We visited Les Issambres as a couple between 19/5 and 2/6. The house is nice, the location is beautiful and the view is fantastic only the house is equipped with something too much Ikea. The benches are extremely uncomfortable and lack a provence. The garden furniture around the pool is of good quality and sufficiently available. The furniture on the upper deck are spacious but the seat cushions can use a cleaning turn and better still be replaced. The pool area offers no sense of "privacy" because the Futiliah hedge has insufficient density. The kitchen equipment is amply provided. An annoying aspect is the way one of the clothes closets is offered. One half of the cabinet is locked as a private part of the owner, but this means that the other half is hardly usable - this needs to be arranged differently. The shower head is just a horror and we have replaced this with the showerhead of the downstairs (second) bathroom. The WIFI connection is just bad and hardly usable. However, the local agent solved this problem by installing a new "router" but the connection remained poor. We believe that the problem lies with the "provider" Orange. Hassle-free internet is not possible! Furthermore, we have enjoyed our stay here, however the price / quality ratio gives question marks.Ramie and Bianca

Gorgeous location and very beautiful surroundings. Away from the hustle and bustle but beach and sea are only a few minutes away by car. Holiday home has everything you need, definitely recommended! 1 minus was the ants plaza but this will probably be regional boundaries. Also, thank you for Belvilla! Renting through Belvilla is hiring without any problems.

Nice house with all mod cons. Beautiful view! Super Lovely private pool. Shady terrace, overlooking the sea (2 km.). Cleaning of the kitchen could have been better. Hospitably entertained.

Price / performance ratio in itself justifiable, but it is inexplicable that the weekly price this year € 280 (21%) has gone up for us compared to the same period last year. Especially as the device calling in the home compared with the previous year sleetser (ie dated) and we had to deal with various issues that not dealing wants you as carefree tenant. A number of issues are to be resolved through the special cooperative keyholder but annoying it is when a third party should be wide. What certainly missing is a readable manual in Dutch with instructions for example on operating the TV, induction cooker, dryer and the like. Here we have the caretaker noted and hopefully is to guide next year though. Because despite the above, it remains a lovely holiday!

Lovely stay in this comfortable holiday where really everything to life right in your own home. Saint Maxime and Frejus, Saint Paul de Vence, all the interesting towns on not too far away from Les Issambres. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of umbrellas and sun beds for adults. In the vicinity also great places to explore by bike (course for the cyclists). Overall we are very satisfied.

Truly a "super house", all ok. Very nice pool with plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Inside the house everything is ok, very clean, beds fine and everything (WiFi, audio system, etc.) werkt.Nog never seen, definitely recommended.

We had a very nice week in this beautiful house. It is equipped with all comforts. The house has a beautiful terrace with a unique view. The kids enjoyed the garden and pool. The most beautiful beach turned out to see the dichtbijzijnst. Also nice is close to a good supermarket and two delicious bakeries. Tip the village of Roquebrune is worth a visit. The world's vening you can walk nicely.

Stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Stunning. The house offers many facilities and is still very quiet. By car you like on the beach, just 2 kilometers. Walking to the beach is difficult.

I had rented a villa with you in Les Issambres in the last 2 weeks. We were satisfied with our stay. Although we unfortunately had some bad luck, the boiler was broken, so there was a big leak that even came down due to lamps. Because of this, 4 days have not had hot water or even no water. As a result, the electricity also went out a few times every day. This was difficult, when we mentioned this to the gentleman who came to get the keys, unfortunately there was no response. He was only interested in whether we had certainly not broken anything. We have emailed for this, but unfortunately we also get no response.

We stayed in the house for two weeks with four adults and two children aged 4 and 1 year. The house is not for 8 people, we thought it was already tight for our party. Too bad there is no contact between "downstairs" and "upstairs". The house is outdated and you notice that in everything: swimming pool is crumbling (dangerous for children), kitchen is tired (refrigerator does not close properly, hobs sometimes do not work). The electricity goes out several times a day, WiFi does not work. Television not working. A number of roller shutters do not work (no longer go up when opened, do not close completely). Pool security does not work, air conditioners are not installed safely with sugar cubes. The garden furniture has also had its best day, plastic and outdated. No longer stable with children. There are also only 6 chairs. Positive about the house is the location, that's the only thing.

We have been here for two weeks at the beginning of June with our family + supporters (7 adults). We had a wonderful stay. The beds were great (also for our pregnant daughter). The kitchen has everything you could wish for, which made it inviting to prepare a nice meal every now and then. The villa is very attractively furnished and the view is breathtaking. It is wonderful to sit on the terrace with a view of the sea, the perfect place to eat together, but also lounging on the sunbeds by the pool was wonderful. The water was nice and heated to 27 degrees. That does feel a bit colder, but that's because the outside temperature was around thirty degrees (feeling temperature even higher). The pool was also cleaned once a week. It was also nice that you could park 1 car under the carport, we could easily park the other cars in the adjacent parking lot. In short, we had a great holiday!
