With its 460 typically coloured beach huts lining Europe?s largest board walk (2 km), Cayeux sur Mer will surprise and charm you.
Ranked among the most beautiful in the world, Baie de Somme has inspired painters and writers. From Hourdel point, set out to explore the saltwater meadows and salt marshes, where the sea, sand, pebbles and cliffs come together and where seals rub shoulders with birds and sheep! Depending you what you want to do, explore on foot, on horseback or by sea kayak (but always accompanied).

We had a nice holiday here. It's a beautiful location, so close to the beach. We had paid for a sea view but we could only see the sea from the balcony so that was a shame. There were apartments with a real sea view. It's nice that there is a swimming pool and a sports hall, both look neat. The WiFi is very slow, even the paid WiFi.

We stayed in the apartement for one week. The apartment that we stayed in has a view of the ocean which the children love. It was nice strolling around the beach as well as cycling around the Somme.

Friendly reception, clean apartment, pretty hard beds, but that's what you're used to. The strange thing about the kitchen, we found the lack of a hood, but it was such a dishwasher. There was only one present casserole whose bottom was warped, so not optimal. Furthermore, all utensils provided, except potato peeler, but we have bought for yourself. Good location, supermarket and bakery nearby. And had beautiful weather that makes almost everything right. We would go there again, but we have seen that environment now.

The apartment looks in the picture outside nice. Location is also fine. But I think someone wants to earn, but do not want to invest in. The bottom pool was dirty, I dared not manage to go swimming with the kids. The elevator was really sticky, I've taken the knobs with a hygienic cloth .. They charge E84 - for cleaning unless you do it yourself. Many people want to save amount fixed in our apartment was already times not properly cleaned. The toilet smelled so strong that the whole apartment dirty urine smoke. I did not get it fixed. Does show at the reception. There, but someone would come, we have no one gezien.Er are parking spaces at the building, but much less than the number of apartments, so in practice there had never happened. Of coastal villages in the area, we found Cayeux least charming.

Apartment was quite small. We had booked a 6-person apartment, but this was much too small for six people. Children slept in a small room with no window Bunk fit right into the kamertje.Eettafel too small for six people. In addition to the sofa in the room, there were no seats other than the dining room chairs. Apartment is not really clean. Balcony too small for six people. Bed in bedroom too short. It is time that this type of accommodation they also agreed on steps in France on beds of at least 2.00 meters tall. Parking on site rather small and often full. Need not be a problem as can be in the basement of the complex a (fixed) parking be rented for a fee. Other than those specified, do not advance deposit to be paid. This is only collected when in lock control appears when something is wrong.
