Villapark L'Aveneau is a small-scale holiday park with luxury villas. It is located next to the golf course and has an outdoor pool. An ideal destination for people who love tranquillity and open spaces.
The facilities are centrally located in the village at the golf course. The facilities are shared by Bourg Est, Vieilles Vigne, La Vigeliere and L'Aveneau.
The swimming pool will be opened from the end of April until the end of September (depending on weather conditions).

Dear, first of all it was not the house we had asked for at all. Secondly, we had to pay a surcharge of about 230 euros for cleaning and bed linen and accommodation tax, which I believe had already been paid to you. It turns out that everything is now in the hands of Francecomfort. The intention was not to sit in the park but on the street side in front of the golf course in the Rue de la vigilière. There is also a swimming pool, but there is no parasol anywhere to be found and they cannot give it to us. The temperature is exceptional at the moment, but you cannot sit on the terrace in the afternoon and you cannot eat on the terrace in the evening because the sun shines mercilessly under the awning. It is September yes and the sun is lower. I am afraid that this experience will not be possible. will be read by any other guests because negative comments are not advertisements. It is clear that the owner is not a chef because the kitchen is tiny and has no worktop at all. There is no power socket on the outside, so you also have to improvise with an electric BBQ. About that imposition the last word has not yet been said. I think it is pure fraud and theft. Do you really need more negative publicity?
