Résidence Les Chalets des Cimes consists of six new, large, terraced chalets, set in the beautiful surroundings of the authentic mountain village of Les Saisies. You'll be staying immediately on the (blue) piste, which provides access to the family-friendly skiing area of Espacce Diamant. The hilltop resort is 300 metres away from the ski school. Within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants, Skiset shop and the Tourist Office. The indoor swimming pool (free entrance), sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and fitness room are accommodated in the well-kept Spa (1 to 3 x free entrance, depending on the type of apartment). There's also a reception (bread service), a stylish lounge with open fireplace, lifts, parking garage, luggage storage and a ski storage room.

Résidence Les Chalets des Cimes is a modern build with lots of wood, which gives it a warm atmosphere. A very comfortable holiday destination in the heart of a lesser known, but very pleasant skiing and, foremost, cross-country skiing, area.
Les Saisies has become increasingly popular in recent years due to the investment in modern facilities. It is known for the certainty of its snow and the extensive cross-country skiing it has to offer. The atmospheric village consists largely of wooden chalets and picturesque houses. The new neighbourhoods have been built entirely in the traditional style of the existing accommodations. In 1992, the cross-country and biathlon sections of the Albertville Olympic Games were held here.
More than 80 kilometers of trails are spread throughout the wooded area, which are well maintained throughout the season. Les Saisies is a family-friendly winter sports destination as the ski area is not too large and there are several ski schools. A children's country where the little ones can play and take their first try on skis cannot be missed either. The view of the imposing Mont Blanc gives Les Saisies that little bit extra shine.
The mountain station offers a wide range of summer activities, from paragliding to mountain biking, horseback riding to hiking and attractions like the 'Mountain Twister' and the big, traditional festivals in Les Saisies and Hauteluce.

We stayed for a weekend, 2 nights. We were well received. The apartment was very well arranged with everything necessary inside. Sheets and towels provided, impeccable apartment. The points to improve would be the paid and expensive parking and the SPA. We wanted to go there as a group of 3. In the end, no one was at the SPA reception. Incorrect schedule on the app. By the way, the arrival time is also incorrect in the email I received. It closed at 7:30 PM while the email says 8 PM...

A fantastic getaway! We were impressed by the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities like extra towels and kitchen equipment. The best part was how quiet it was at night, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep after the adventures.

When we wanted to book, we looked for 4 bedrooms because we were 8 people and did not want to sleep in the living room. It all seemed to be possible according to the Belvilla website. We have read the Website and facility description several times and it was indicated that it was a 4-bedroom apartment that could be booked. We have therefore booked this. Unfortunately, it was only known after payment and receipt of the travel voucher that there were 3 bedrooms and a living / bedroom. I then again read and looked at the description of the website and there was nothing to be found about it. So it was only really clear after the booking / payment / voucher with information !!. In my view, this is consciously withholding the correct information. After contact via chat (Belvilla) I was told that I had to call, because they couldn't do much about it.. When I called the next day (with Belvilla) and explained it, I was put on hold (had all my data), the connection was lost. Then some service expects you to be called back, but alas, this is too much expected, and I called again the next day. Explained the story again and then I was told that no mention was made or made a note of it. They would contact the complex and I would hear more about it. 3 days later, I got a call from Belvilla. I was allowed to explain the story about the bedrooms again, because apparently it was not clear. The person would call the complex ..... Sorry, but why wait 3 days and therefore nothing with my previous report ... then I get a call back by Belvilla and well, it's right the living room is a bedroom and is that's just the way it is.... When I indicated that this is stated differently in the description of the website than in the end after payment voucher, it was simply said: well it could be.. and what do you expect from us now.. instead of that they think along, do they come with a notification, yes if you want to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee. Toen we wilde boeken hebben we op 4 slaapkamers gezocht omdat we met 8 personen waren en niet in de woonkamer wilde slapen. Het leek allemaal te kunnen volgens de Belvilla website. Meerdere keren hebben we de Website en faciliteitenomschrijving gelezen en werd er aangegeven dat het om een 4 slaapkamers te boeken appartement ging. Dit hebben we dan ook geboekt. Helaas, werd pas na de betaling en het ontvangen van de reisvoucher bekend dat er 3 slaapkamers en woon/slaapkamer was. Ik heb toen nogmaals de beschrijving van de website gelezen en bekeken en hier was niks over terug te vinden. Het was dus pas echt duidelijk na de boeking/betaling/voucher met informatie!!. Dit is dus in mijn optiek, bewust achterhouden van de juiste informatie. Na contact via de chat (Belvilla) werd me verteld, dat ik moest bellen, want ze konden er weinig aandoen.. Toen ik de dag erop belde (met Belvilla) en het had uitgelegd, werd ik in de wacht gezet (had al mijn gegevens gegeven), werd de verbinding verbroken. Dan verwacht je enige service dat je terug gebeld wordt, maar helaas, dit is te veel verwacht, en belde ik de volgende dag weer. Weer het verhaal uitgelegd en toen kreeg ik te horen dat er geen melding was gemaakt of notitie van gemaakt was. Ze zouden contact opnemen met het complex en ik zou er meer van horen. 3 dagen later, werd ik gebeld door Belvilla. Ik mocht weer het verhaal uitleggen over de slaapkamers, want het was blijkbaar niet duidelijk. De persoon zou met het complex gaan bellen..... Sorry, maar waarom 3 dagen wachten en dus niks met mijn eerdere melding gedaan... vervolgens word ik terug gebeld door Belvilla en tsja, het klopt de woonkamer is een slaapkamer en is nu eenmaal zo.... Toen ik aangaf dat dit dus bij de omschrijving van de website anders staat dan uiteindelijk na betalingvoucher, werd er simpel gezegd: tsja zou kunnen.. en wat verwacht u nu van ons.. ipv Dat ze meedenken, komen ze met een melding, ja als u wilt annuleren, komen er annuleringskosten bij. En als u wilt omboeken komen er 230 euro aan omboekkosten bij. Kijk dat is nog eens MEEDENKEN...NOT. Doordat de keuze beperkt is voor 8 personen (en dat weten ze heel goed bij Belvilla), hebben we het maar zo gelaten. Bij aankomst van 't complex, leek alles goed te gaan en konden we naar ons Appartement. Deze bleek het meest uisterste complexgebouw te zijn. Dit complexen zouden aan de piste liggen en aan een gesloten. Dit is echter niet zo. En wij moesten vanuit ons complex (complex H) buiten langs (200m), meerdere trappen (die spiegelglad en ongestrooid) en een helling nemen voor we bij de piste konden komen. Kortom in de omschrijving staat dat het direct aan de piste ligt, is alleen dat complex wat op de foto staat, dus 1 van de 8 gebouwen). Ook zoals de omschrijving aangeeft, zou het ruime appartementen moeten zijn, maar dit was toch echt niet echt, voor een 8 persoons appartement. Als voorbeeld, een eetkamer tafel met 6 stoelen. Een kant tegen de muur en dus een kopsekant vrij voor de 7de persoon stoel,,, of nee, er waren nog 2 poefjeskrukjes om de 2 (6+2) een "zit" te geven. De tafel van de kant schuiven voor beide kopse kanten te kunnen zitten was geen optie, daar was de kamer te smal voor. De bedden zouden opgemaakt zijn, dit was ook daadwerkelijk gedaan, behalve die van de slaapbank. Niet erg, want dat kunnen we zelf ook best wel, maar ja dan moet er wel bedlinnen en dekens voor deze slaapbank aanwezig zijn. Deze waren nergens te bekennen, Dit vroegen we na bij de receptie en zou gebracht worden. Helaas, na 2 uur nog niks, dus weer naar de receptie. Ze wisten van niks en zou nu echt iemand op korte termijn komen. Na een uur, nog steeds niemand. Dus weer een wandeling naar de receptie die ondertussen eigenlijk al dicht was, maar na wat wachten en kloppen op de deur, werd er nog open gedaan. Na kort overleg zou er nu ECHT iemand komen, het was inmiddels 21:30. En ja na een half uur kwam er iemand een 1 persoons laken brengen... Dus toen gelijk maar weer aangegeven dat het om een 2 persoonsbed ging en ook echt dekens erbij wilde hebben. Dit was na 20minuten dan toch eindelijk gelukt. Ondanks dat het een nieuw complex moet zijn en dus ook kwa electra naar behoren moet werken, konden we meerdere keren de groepenkast in het donker opzoeken. De hoofdzekering klapte er namelijk om de haverklap uit. Als de kookplaat aanstond, mocht je maar op 2 pitten koken, want bij een 3de aanzetten, klapte de hoofdzekering eruit. Of als de waterkoker en de vaatwasser beide aan stonden ging alles uit. kortom 2 apparaten was toch echt te veel gevraagd voor het stroomnetwerk.
