Our apartments are simple, functional, and perfect for skiers, hikers, and mountain lovers alike. Housed in two modern chalet buildings, each unit includes a compact kitchenette, private bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy living area with sleeping arrangements for up to six. Most apartments also feature a balcony or terrace, ideal for sipping hot cocoa while enjoying the crisp mountain air.

Bring your four-legged friend! Tignes is incredibly pet-friendly, offering numerous walking trails right outside your door. Take scenic hikes around Lac de Tignes or enjoy a morning stroll up to the panoramic views at Col de Fresse. During summer, local cafes often host "dog meetups" with free treats and water bowls, while the area’s pet-accessible gondolas make it easy to share alpine adventures with your pup. You'll also find dog-friendly snowshoe trails in winter — great for snowy bonding time!

Résidence Le Hameau du Borsat is situated in a fairly quiet area, somewhat higher up, close to the pistes and at 250m from the nearest ski lifts. It's located in the Val Claret neighbourhood at an altitude of 2,100m. There are a number of pleasant bars, restaurants, shops and a skiing school, all within walking distance.
The Résidence features a reception and lifts. Cars can be parked in the public parking garage (around 400m away).
The ski resort of Tignes offers everything for an excellent winter sports holiday. Joint with Val d'Isère, this skiing area is characterised by its vastness and high altitude (previously referred to as Espace Killy). It's the right place for all winter sports lovers.
Résidence Le Hameau du Borsat consists of a modern building situated in a convenient location in the Val Claret neighbourhood of the Tignes ski resort. Joint with Val d'Isère, Tignes makes for a vast and inviting ski resort. The 'Les Follies Douces' bar/restaurant is the place to go for après-ski.
Tignes consists of a few neighbourhoods: the traditional Les Brevières, the central Le Lac and the lively Val Claret. The latter two were developed especially for skiing and mountaineering several decades ago. There are shuttle buses between the different neighbourhoods.
The resorts in Le Val Claret are all located close to the mountain train, which will take you up to the La Grande Motte glacier at 3,050m altitude in a few minutes.
Other activities, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, include snowmobile or dog-sledge rides, snowshoeing, a visit to the wellness centre, cross-country skiing, ice diving or ice karting!
Tignes is very suitable for summer skiing thanks to its very high altitude. You can, of course, also engage in many other sports, like paragliding. For the tennis enthusiast, there are indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Walking in this unspoilt area is surprising; nature has many faces here.

This chalet is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic for winter sports, and the nearby restaurants were delicious. We loved the coziness of the apartment.

We had a great time at the chalet! The location was ideal for skiing, with the Tufs Ski Lift just around the corner, The shared kitchen was a nice touch, making it easy to prepare breakfast before hitting the slopes,
