It was a great find! The apartment felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the spacious living room was quite roomy. The quiet surroundings allowed us to recharge our batteries. A wonderful place for the weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Résidence Le Domaine des Rois! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen with the dishwasher, which made meal preparation so easy. The location is serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bergheim. I highly recommend this place!

Great quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a nice bonus. The kitchen has everything you need, and it's a short walk to lovely places to visit. I would recommend it for a stress-free getaway.

I loved this place! Super relaxed atmosphere and the indoor pool is a great plus. Perfect for a cozy getaway with friends. Strolling through Bergheim was quite an experience, and the kitchen equipped with the dishwasher made cooking very easy. Definitely, a complete atmosphere check.

Nice and clean flat close to the city center and other points of interest. Rather tiny for 6 people, we were only 4 and that was ok.

The apartment is not very big for a family with small children. It's hot and a family next to us has complained in a nasty way that we're making too much noise. This gives us a bad feeling and partly spoils our holiday feeling. It is nice that there is a fitness for which no extra costs are charged. Some of the devices are less suitable for tall people. It is nice that there is a pool where sometimes few people swim, so you can enjoy it. The employees are friendly but inefficient. On arrival you can only go from 5 and 7, which creates a long line and three people work hard at the same time. It would be more efficient to spread the employees over the day of arrival. There is a playground for small children. The apartment is clean.

Arrival took a very long time, 50 minutes before we were given the key with asking many questions that were already known when booking. Afterwards had a nice stay with spacious, clean house, well cared for indoor pool and nice base to discover Alsace.

Arrival reasonable, 1 lady spoke French in addition to French and the other lady also German. Quite disappointing, unlike my booking, the beds were not made. And bath linen available for 8 euros per person. And not included. In addition, we received paper for instructions for the final cleaning. Then called Belvilla, and apparently the landlord uses different arrangements. In the end we paid and received a commitment from Belvilla that these costs will be reimbursed as they were not included in our agreement. Therefore satisfied with the Belvilla den solution.
