I needed a good sleep before a ride and I got it. The bed was more comfortable than expected and the heating worked well during cool nights. Due to the proximity of shops, it was easy to get snacks compared to previous stays.

Great location, in the center of the delightful village of Riquewihr. It is very convenient to have parking close to the apartment for only €2 a day. The Wi-Fi connection is good. Don't miss the little church of Unawihr (beautiful location). Easy to visit Colmar (15 minutes by car) and Strasbourg (it's very convenient to get there by train from Colmar).

The accommodation is not located in the entertainment area, so it is always quiet in the immediate vicinity. Also a very nice base for the cities in the area; Colmar, Strasbourg, Freiburg and Basel. But there is also much to see and experience in the more immediate vicinity. Very hospitable owner who makes you feel welcome and gives clear explanations. Everything clean and present for a good stay. In the description it seemed that the Stub is suitable for 3 people, but this is not the case. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for a child. Owner said that she had already passed this on to Belvilla, but this has not been adjusted. Nevertheless, she made a sleeping place for my adult son from the couch and we had a nice stay. Great! We enjoyed it!

We found it convenient to have a supermarket just 100 meters away. Although the location was quiet, we enjoyed several day trips to Colmar and the impressive Chateau Le Haut Koenigsbourg, both within reasonable driving distance. Riquewhir is a historic half-timbered town that attracts many tourists. La Stub located in the outer ring of the town, just inside the old city walls, and is quieter than the main streets. The owner is very welcoming, has good tips for visiting in the area. The family owns several hectares of vineyards and wine production and has a small cellar under the building. A wine tasting incl nice explanation about how and what of grape cultivation can be given! The family's own in-house Nice experience!

La Stub is good choice for us. There is always something to do in the town of Riquewihr, so opportunities for eating out or a terrace to pack in plenty. Furthermore, the area is a must, centrally located on the route du vin is wonderful to see the towns are interspersed in the foothills of the Vosges. We had a great holiday, even if only for a week in Riquewihr. The good food, the self gekelterte wine and friendly service in the restaurants have a positive impression. Our apartment was central, but very quiet in the village. The narrow streets invite especially in the evening hours to stroll around one because a great light show is presented by the various lighting. The wine tasting at our landlord has given us an insight into the lifestyle of the Alsatian winery. We will appreciate why the brought wine especially. Our two pets were not a problem. La Stub is good choice for us. There is always something to do in the town of Riquewihr, so opportunities for eating out or a terrace to pack in plenty. Furthermore, the area is a must, centrally located on the route du vin is wonderful to see the towns are interspersed in the foothills of the Vosges. The hostess was very helpful and gives a lot of information about the history, activities and attractions omgeving.Ze also has an eye for detail (each decoration has a story / link with history) + tea, coffee pouches, cutlery, clean and decent pots , a kettle, a large wardrobe and a hairdryer voorhanden.Aangename area breathes history and is surrounded by very beautiful vineyards Very quiet area to stay.. (Car-free: only for loading / unloading suitcases) The car can park for free outside of town (5 min walk) 22.00h After closing the hospitality industry and runs the village empty. Riquewhir is a historic half-timbered town that attracts many tourists. La Stub located in the outer ring of the town, just inside the old city walls, and is quieter than the main streets. Our holiday was well prepared. I knew which towns we definitely had to have visited. (Internet) Our daughter wanted absolutely storks and otters in the wild, do not miss the protected shelter (5 ha) in Hunawihr. Beautiful atmospheric town to spend the holiday. During the day it is pleasantly busy with tourists, but after 11 pm it is quiet. The accommodation is not located in the entertainment area, so it is always quiet in the immediate vicinity. Also a very nice base for the cities in the area; Colmar, Strasbourg, Freiburg and Basel. But there is also much to see and experience in the more immediate vicinity. Very hospitable owner who makes you feel welcome and gives clear explanations. Everything clean and present for a good stay. In the description it seemed that the Stub is suitable for 3 people, but this is not the case. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for a child. Owner said that she had already passed this on to Belvilla, but this has not been adjusted. Nevertheless, she made a sleeping place for my adult son from the couch and we had a nice stay. Great! We enjoyed it!
