We stayed in this charming railway house in July with 2 people. Comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious walk-in shower. The two double beds are on the narrow side. However, that didn't bother us. We just each chose our own bed and then you sleep generously. A plus to this house is the spacious terrace and the large garden. Nice and calm. We had a pleasant holiday and would love to come again.

The cottage is fantastic.

Unfortunately, there is little to do in the area. Without the Komoot app it is hardly possible to walk. We have not been able to discover marked walks. Lakes on the map appear to have dried up in practice. Few restaurants nearby.

The atmosphere is as in the pictures, romantic and French. Everything works, all amenities, excellent WiFi and TV range. Beautiful large garden with lots of privacy. Everything you need is available. The weather was a bit disappointing but with the heater on more than warm in the room.

The area is very nice and not touristy. Great if you like peace and quiet, but besides walking and cycling there is little to do. It may be busier and cozier in the summer months.

The garden is not fenced, no problem for our dogs, but be careful with children. No train seen but some car traffic. Not disturbing and heard nothing at night. The beds are just as romantic as the rest of the house, but not suitable for us. We slept separately and then the bed is big enough.

A very nice and beautiful holiday home, the owners have made something beautiful of it and would also like to share it by having a photo booklet in the house with some photos of the renovation. The garden is nice and large, and the house is located wonderfully quiet with the occasional car passing by. The cottage is furthermore fully equipped and everything looks neat uit.Het internet was just not fantastic in terms of speed, but it is functional. If the evenings are cold, then there is enough wood available to nicely stoke the stove. If a train drives past, then this is a freight train that runs irregularly (may be early, we had it twice that it thundered past at 5:30 am.)

Upon arrival, the Dutch owner immediately came to welcome us. He took us around the house to show us everything. Truly a cozy, cozy and clean house. In an environment where you can relax. House is on a track, logically a railway house, but the train passes 3 days a week. And then 1x there and 1x back. I was not bothered by this myself.

beautifully decorated, furniture fits perfectly, downstairs cosely warm thanks to woodburning stove, upstairs somewhat cold in winter, yet the beds are perfect, the house is situated very quietly, the owner is very pleasant and helpful

We stayed with our family for a week in the atmospheric railway house. It has been nicely refurbished and has a lovely garden and terrace to enjoy a French wine in the evening. We even baked pizzas in the wood-fired oven. The area is rural, quiet and also very suitable for exploring by bike. The owner lives in the adjacent station and is very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Accommodation was fine, very atmospheric house, refurbished with a sense of original details, but also equipped with all modern conveniences ((off) washing machine, TV, refrigerator, stove etc.) Welcoming by the landlord on arrival.

Great former railway cottage; tastefully decorated and with a lovely garden. It's special to be so close to the track where a train now and then passes. Friendly owner in addition. You can enjoy cycling along the Canal de Nivernais.

Very nice and authentic railway house, stands on a very quiet transition with more tractors than cars that go over it. have been here for a week and have only seen and heard 1 train go by. Very nice and helpful owner who is in the station in Vandenesse 2km is a bakery and for groceries you can in Moulins Engilbert 10km or Cercy la Tour 10km tereht.huisje is very complete with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, you name it.We are here in March and then it is very nice that the wood stove works very well. Unfortunately, we did not use the great veranda that he made. Top house, thank you Nico.

Everything is fine, Site works well, Downside was that it was not very clear to see that travel insurance was included in the rental amount, We already have a continuous travel insurance and are now double insured, I thought that was unclear and if once you click on reservation you can't improve it anymore, Too bad,

Very nice reception by the Dutch owner. Fine explanation of all facilities in the house and tips about the area! Never had a house where the inventory was as complete as in this beautifully renovated railway house. The train does not bother you, it only came around once every other day during our stay. This gave its charm. You drive straight into the Morvan National Park. Outside on the veranda you can relax under the vines with a wine and a French cheese! Are you looking for a romantic house in a quiet area where there is plenty to do in the area, then this is definitely recommended.

Very funny house, nicely furnished with all modern amenities, nice spacious bathroom, cozy kitchen. When we were there it was freezing outside and in the bedrooms almost too! There is no heating on the 1st floor.
