We hit the bull's eye with the rental of this house (13-7-24 to 20-7-24). A quiet location with a beautiful view, a lovely private pool and a fully furnished apartment. It felt very luxurious. The seat outside under the parasol looking over the land and the lake accentuated the French holiday feeling. The area is suitable for cycling and walking. The host and hostess were very attentive. In short, the location is highly recommended.

We were very warmly received by the landlords David and Virginie. Very sweet and friendly people. There was a delicious bottle of bubbles waiting for us and a jar with pathé. A very nice start to our stay. It is good to remember that if you arrive on Sunday the supermarkets close early and given the later arrival times you have no groceries. After a long drive you often feel like coffee so it's good to take that into account. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful. Everything is there that you need to have a good stay and if there are any questions you can contact David and Virginie. The apartment downstairs is very spacious and it stays nice and cool inside even when the outside is very hot. You look out over the beautiful plot and the lake in the distance. A few meters away is the heated swimming pool where you can enjoy a beautiful view from the view. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and a luxurious and good stay then you are baked here. The environment is best typified as green and quiet. You can walk, cycle and go to the lake. In the neighborhood is a Lidl or an Atac supermarket where you can do good shopping. Approximately 12 minutes away from the cottage. We were ready for the peace and quiet and we had a great time. The beds were also nice! In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed and in the other room there are two small beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. You have the swimming pool for yourself at the moment that the upper floor is not rented out. Small point of attention is that there are some buttons loose on the couch. We have experienced the contact with the landlords David and Virginie as very positive. Very friendly, attentive and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Also arranging a cot was no problem. Not only were we warmly received, but we also said goodbye personally.

The house is fully equipped and the pool is lovely on a hot summer day. The area is beautiful and offers many opportunities for walks, for example Haut Folin, swimming and fishing in the nearby lake. Many opportunities for city visits, for example Vezelay, but one must be prepared to drive for a while.

The indication of Belvilla to keep Chaumard is not correct. Better is Montigny de Morvan and then use your google map or Vaux Montigny de Morvan to enter the navigation system. Accommodation fine, everything is taken care of. Environment beautiful.

What a welcome awaited us at David and Virginie! The stay fully meets the expectations we had based on the photos on the Belvilla site. And moreover, what you could not see in the photos, the house in incredibly clean and well-maintained, It was the first time in a holiday residence where I did not have the inclination to wash dishes before using them. Cracking and cracking net. The bathrooms and the towels provided, the pool area, the pool itself, everything is well maintained and pleasantly tidy. The garden is a gem, and provides a lot of privacy and shade. The only downside is the comfort of the beds, especially the mattress could be better. But the couple of owners are so sympathetic and very discreet. Their presence on the top floor of the building is not disturbing at all, they let you do your thing, but are always there when you need them. They deserve six stars, but because of the beds we end up with 5 :-)

We wanted a house with a private swimming pool, large garden, peace and space and we certainly got that! The owners who live upstairs greeted us warmly and if we had any questions in the meantime, they were immediately available, very nice people! The roads to other villages are fantastic, you really feel like you are on holiday. As it is described in the photos, it is in real life.

The house in Montigny-en-Morvan was in excellent condition and its location is truly beautiful. The view from the house is truly fantastic: an undulating landscape, gently sloping down to the beautiful Lac de Pannecière. The house has all amenities and a truly lovely swimming pool. In addition, the on-site owners Virginie and David are very friendly and discreet people. Very pleasant. The region is highly recommended in terms of natural beauty and there are many, many beautiful excursions to make in this beautiful region of Burgundy. Restaurants and shops for purchases are nearby (about 12 km). A wonderful holiday is certainly guaranteed here!

The accommodation was of a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The charming hosts had thought of everything, so the gite was exceptionally well equipped. It is situated in beautiful countryside and has a magnificent view to a lake. The swimming pool was kept immaculate. The whole area was very scenic and wherever we went there were magnificent views. If you want to go somewhere to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, then this is the place for you.

My son Noah and I were very warmly welcomed by Virginie and have greatly enjoyed our week vacation. The gite is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful view. There is a large garden and swimming pool. You can fish on the Lac de Pannecière or simply relax. At the Lac des settons you can pedal boats and eat something delicious. You can also visit a local beekeeper nearby. A Lidl is about a 10-minute drive away. Ideal place to unwind.

What a welcome awaited us at David and Virginie! The stay fully meets the expectations we had based on the photos on the Belvilla site. And moreover, what you could not see in the photos, the house in incredibly clean and well-maintained, It was the first time in a holiday residence where I did not have the inclination to wash dishes before using them. Cracking and cracking net. The bathrooms and the towels provided, the pool area, the pool itself, everything is well maintained and pleasantly tidy. The garden is a gem, and provides a lot of privacy and shade. The only downside is the comfort of the beds, especially the mattress could be better. But the couple of owners are so sympathetic and very discreet. Their presence on the top floor of the building is not disturbing at all, they let you do your thing, but are always there when you need them. They deserve six stars, but because of the beds we end up with 5 :-)

The contact with the house owner and the housekeeper went well, friendly welcome and helpful housekeeper on the spot. The house is otherwise difficult to find without Google Maps. We were very warmly received by the landlords David and Virginie. Very sweet and friendly people. There was a delicious bottle of bubbles waiting for us and a jar with pathé. A very nice start to our stay. It is good to remember that if you arrive on Sunday the supermarkets close early and given the later arrival times you have no groceries. After a long drive you often feel like coffee so it's good to take that into account. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful. Everything is there that you need to have a good stay and if there are any questions you can contact David and Virginie. The apartment downstairs is very spacious and it stays nice and cool inside even when the outside is very hot. You look out over the beautiful plot and the lake in the distance. A few meters away is the heated swimming pool where you can enjoy a beautiful view from the view. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and a luxurious and good stay then you are baked here. The environment is best typified as green and quiet. You can walk, cycle and go to the lake. In the neighborhood is a Lidl or an Atac supermarket where you can do good shopping. Approximately 12 minutes away from the cottage. We were ready for the peace and quiet and we had a great time. The beds were also nice! In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed and in the other room there are two small beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. You have the swimming pool for yourself at the moment that the upper floor is not rented out. Small point of attention is that there are some buttons loose on the couch. We have experienced the contact with the landlords David and Virginie as very positive. Very friendly, attentive and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Also arranging a cot was no problem. My son Noah and I were very warmly welcomed by Virginie and have greatly enjoyed our week vacation. The gite is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful view. We enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation! The owners are super friendly and helpful. The house is clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The house in Montigny-en-Morvan was in excellent condition and its location is truly beautiful. The view from the house is truly fantastic: an undulating landscape, gently sloping down to the beautiful Lac de Pannecière. The house has all amenities and a truly lovely swimming pool. In addition, the on-site owners Virginie and David are very friendly and discreet people. Very pleasant. The region is highly recommended in terms of natural beauty and there are many, many beautiful excursions to make in this beautiful region of Burgundy. In this beautiful area with little tourism it is pleasant to stay. For those who want to enjoy silence, peace and a beautiful nature, this is highly recommended! If you are an avid fisherman, this is also ideal place with the large lake in the immediate vicinity! We have 12 days in the rented house with very friendly and attentive owners who do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

The villa is very well located in the countryside in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake, it has a large garden and a swimming pool if you want to relax. The rooms, kitchen and lounge are very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and were very pleased with the welcome and kindness of our guests.

We were very warmly received by the landlords David and Virginie. Very sweet and friendly people. There was a delicious bottle of bubbles waiting for us and a jar with pathé. A very nice start to our stay. It is good to remember that if you arrive on Sunday the supermarkets close early and given the later arrival times you have no groceries. After a long drive you often feel like coffee so it's good to take that into account. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful. Everything is there that you need to have a good stay and if there are any questions you can contact David and Virginie. The apartment downstairs is very spacious and it stays nice and cool inside even when the outside is very hot. You look out over the beautiful plot and the lake in the distance. A few meters away is the heated swimming pool where you can enjoy a beautiful view from the view. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and a luxurious and good stay then you are baked here. The environment is best typified as green and quiet. You can walk, cycle and go to the lake. In the neighborhood is a Lidl or an Atac supermarket where you can do good shopping. Approximately 12 minutes away from the cottage. We were ready for the peace and quiet and we had a great time. The beds were also nice! In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed and in the other room there are two small beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. You have the swimming pool for yourself at the moment that the upper floor is not rented out. Small point of attention is that there are some buttons loose on the couch. We have experienced the contact with the landlords David and Virginie as very positive. Very friendly, attentive and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Also arranging a cot was no problem. Not only were we warmly received, but we also said goodbye personally.

My son Noah and I were very warmly welcomed by Virginie and have greatly enjoyed our week vacation. The gite is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful view. There is a large garden and swimming pool. You can fish on the Lac de Pannecière or simply relax. At the Lac des settons you can pedal boats and eat something delicious. You can also visit a local beekeeper nearby. A Lidl is about a 10-minute drive away. Ideal place to unwind.

The indication of Belvilla to keep Chaumard is not correct. Better is Montigny de Morvan and then use your google map or Vaux Montigny de Morvan to enter the navigation system. Accommodation fine, everything is taken care of. Environment beautiful.

The contact with the house owner and the housekeeper went well, friendly welcome and helpful housekeeper on the spot. The house is otherwise difficult to find without Google Maps. The house is fully equipped and the pool is lovely on a hot summer day. The area is beautiful and offers many opportunities for walks, for example Haut Folin, swimming and fishing in the nearby lake. Many opportunities for city visits, for example Vezelay, but one must be prepared to drive for a while.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation! The owners are super friendly and helpful. The house is clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The owners have taken great care of it with towels, beach towels, tea towels and the like. The pool is cleaned for you every day and the sunbeds are set up for you. Everything has really been thought of. The view of the lake is fantastic, so we sat in the garden every evening. This holiday home is absolutely recommended!

It was easy to find and we received a cheerful welcome from the owners. After walking around the accommodation, we enjoyed the cottage wonderfully for the rest of the week. The cottage was fully equipped and as described. The owners were helpful and were able to help us with questions about activities in the area. The accommodation is located in a wonderfully quiet place in nature, but by car there is a lot to do and see around a radius of 30 minutes.

The accommodation was of a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The charming hosts had thought of everything, so the gite was exceptionally well equipped. It is situated in beautiful countryside and has a magnificent view to a lake. The swimming pool was kept immaculate. The whole area was very scenic and wherever we went there were magnificent views.

If you want to go somewhere to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, then this is the place for you.

Who is not satisfied here, is nowhere!! Cottage offers everything needed, pool is lovely! Everything super neat too. You can enjoy it in peace, but always contact the owners if you need them.
