After a day of exploring, we spent evenings bij de BBQ onder de sterren. Het was perfect!

The location of the rental is great: close to tourist spots, in the countryside with a nice pool. However, the sound insulation of the house between the ground floor and the first floor is non-existent. We reported the presence of a wasp nest in one of the upstairs rooms upon our arrival on August 9, a problem that was only resolved on August 13. In the meantime, one of the upstairs rooms was unusable. We tried to use the sofa bed on the ground floor. When unfolding it, we found it to be in a deplorable state. The owner, through Sébastien, informed us that it could not be used (so why indicate 4 bedrooms?). After the storm, the outdoor projector broke down, with no solution provided, making the outdoor terrace unusable at night. Furthermore, the water from the upstairs shower drips down to the ground floor (kitchen countertop and bedroom door). I admit that this is a lot of inconveniences for such a short period of use. Under these conditions, I think covering the cost of the bed linens would have been the least they could do, which was not the case. We would like to thank Sébastien, the representative of the rental owner, for his availability and responsiveness.

We rented the house for 2 weeks. Perfect location, easy going and absolute clean. After arriving, our host visited us and gave as a warm welcome. Pool is clean, terrace is big enough for 6 people, enough shade.
Nice spots and restaurants in the surroundings, all within 20-40 min. drive. Well worth a visit is Château de Saignes, le petite village de Carennac, Saint-Céré and of course Le gouffre de Padirac. Consider a weekend trip to Cahors (with an overnight stay and dinner in the evening!). Hope to return soon.

The accommodation is fine but the kitchen attributes are moderate (pans etc.). The large lawn around the house is a great playground for kids.

Upon arrival we have retrieved the key at the owner's workshop. As we left, the evening was a different (unknown) person for our nose, who came in for the mandatory final cleaning and bed linen. The house is in a very green area with a lot of activities within 30 minutes. The village itself is almost "extinct". Baker, butcher and the like have been closed for a long time. House and surroundings are not suitable for people who are very bad. Accommodation accommodates up to 6 people and has a bad feeling (wood flooring). We have added some kitchen stuff. Tea towels / dishcloths, oven shells and toast iron are not in the kitchen cabinets but in the tv furniture. Wi-Fi is available. Swimming pool is suitable for young and old (runs off). In nice weather this is a nice find!

Very nice, detached authentic house, located in a very quiet area. Not far from nice places such as Rocamadour and Sarlat la Caneda. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a nice swimming pool with a gigantic garden around it. During a walk through the garden you will encounter deer and wild boars. The kitchen is small but has a dishwasher and is well equipped with kitchenware. We stayed for a week and had a great holiday.

The house is beautifully renovated, quiet, with everything you need for an excellent holiday: swimming pool, barbecue, large garden with badminton net, football goal and swing set, bicycles, equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and rooms bathroom. Easy communication with owners. Beautiful walks all around, village less than 10 minutes walk with bakery / mini grocery store. Only point to know: between the ground floor and the first floor, there is no insulation so you can hear everything.

Nice welcome, house very clean and tip top in order. Clearly, owners are proud of their home! Ideal for families with small and large children. Plenty of playroom, playground equipment, good overview by parents and swimming pool. Only the mattresses on the 2 large beds are too hard.

We had a very relaxing, sunny holiday. The house with its spacious rooms is very nicely decorated, with attention to detail and the individuality of the house, and yet with all the comforts, inter alia, a walk-in shower, thermostatic valves. The (too) small kitchen is in this respect that in contrast, because not so practical, and with older kitchen equipment. Furthermore, we have something to get used to the pool, which is only 66 cm deep for one half, and the other 1.70m. It was warm (hot) during our stay, but thanks to the shutters on the windows remained within pleasantly cool. Also nice on our arrival the owner had us fresh bread, wine and pate provided!

We had a dream vacation! The house is quietly surrounded by greenery and is exactly as described on the website. We were kindly received. Everything in present (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and fridge ...). I saw in the older reviews that the pots and pans were outdated. However, these have meanwhile been replaced by new quality copies. The pool was well maintained and provided hours of swimming fun! There is a lot to experience in the area. In the house you will find information for all kinds of day trips in the area. A large supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. We were sorry to have to leave!

Very kind welcome. The cottage itself was not very spacious, for 6 people the living space was not that big, the bedrooms were certainly spacious enough. The upstairs is in wood so cracked, the kitchen was quite small but adequate. The shallow part of the pool was great for the kids! Rocamadour and the monkeys eat there and recommend the caves of Padiracine The bakery on the D840 towards Figeac is also recommended!

A lovely house with a large private garden. The house is very private and quiet on a gravel road. Nicely furnished, with good bathrooms, good bedrooms, and a useful kitchen. Free use of bicycles, and all kinds of sports and game equipment in the garden. The area is lured with beautiful villages, and plenty of opportunities for activities. The dordogne is a half hour drive. The larger city nearby (gramat) has a number of supermarkets for daily groceries.

We have this house and the place as a great experience. The cabin calm even though the road was very evident in sound dan.Maar the property is well very many insects in the house and a little damp. Nearby Figeac, Rocanmandour, Cahors, Conquest, Sarlat and Gramat is certainly worth .How in mind that you still have a basic condition must have because nothing is flat a lot of steps in cities, mountain and off. But really beautiful surroundings.

We have only once had a farmer his horses came oppose and that happened along our voortuin.Het house inside is also fixed up nice, especially the bathrooms are in tiptop however orde.Het village itself is not advisable touristy, but his Rocamadour and some castles on the distance of less than a half hour drive.

A very cozy house and clean pool. Cottage was in a beautiful and quiet area. A bit far from places to visit. Very friendly owners. 1 very small minus that we have passed on to the owners: the outside light hangs just above the awning, so we "in the evening did not have enough light to read or ... The owners took this with pleasure to adjust. For the rest, nothing to complain about.

We greatly enjoyed our holiday with our two small children. The pool was partly shallow which the children really liked. A very large garden that is well maintained. The house has the necessary comfort both inside and out. Very quiet area with the necessary sights in the vicinity. There were two good cots available, the high chair was too small for our toddler of 2 years.

Het zwembad heeft een diep en ondiep gedeelte, dit vonden wij wel handig voor onze zoon van 4 jaar. Hij kon dan ook gewoon staan en spelen in het water. Het water van het zwembad was in de laatste week van september wel frisjes.... Overdag hadden we heerlijk weer, rond de 25 graden, maar in de nacht koelt het er behoorlijk af. De tuin is super groot met mooi uitzicht, helemaal vrij en paarden op de achtergrond. Omgeving is eeg mooi! De druipsteengrot in Padirac is de moeite waard om te gaan bezichtigen!

We had to ask the right path to get to the house by car to another house. The house itself was well equipped, beautiful view, quiet location. Ideal for relaxing. Friendly reception.

We greatly enjoyed our holiday with our two small children. The pool was partly shallow which the children really liked. A very large garden that is well maintained. The house has the necessary comfort both inside and out. Very quiet area with the necessary sights in the vicinity. There were two good cots available, the high chair was too small for our toddler of 2 years.

The house is beautifully renovated, quiet, with everything you need for an excellent holiday: swimming pool, barbecue, large garden with badminton net, football goal and swing set, bicycles, equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and rooms bathroom. Easy communication with owners. Beautiful walks all around, village less than 10 minutes walk with bakery / mini grocery store. Only point to know: between the ground floor and the first floor, there is no insulation so you can hear everything.

A very cozy house and clean pool. Cottage was in a beautiful and quiet area. A bit far from places to visit. Very friendly owners. 1 very small minus that we have passed on to the owners: the outside light hangs just above the awning, so we "in the evening did not have enough light to read or ... The owners took this with pleasure to adjust. For the rest, nothing to complain about.
