This large 3-bedroom holiday home is in Saint-Maurice-sur-Aveyron. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 6 guests. This has a furnished garden for you to enjoy a sip of coffee with your dear ones.

The home is 10 m from the local grocery store if you would like to stock up your essentials. The nearest restaurant is 6 km away. Auxerre at 44 km and Chateau de Gien at 30 km are worth a visit.

A furnished garden in place offers an opportunity to spend some precious moments with dear ones. A cot, childrens bed and high chair are available in the home on request, if travelling with your little ones. You can bring 3 pets to stay.

Accommodation is fine, for the dogs a spacious fenced garden, where they could play wonderfully. Environment is arable, you are remote, but very quiet.

Kindly received in a clean house. Nice spacious enclosed garden. The water is not at the house but only minutes away. Many arable landscapes and vast fields.

The cottage is quietly situated on a country road. The owners live on the premises but they respect the privacy of the guests. Our kids have played fantastic in the well-fenced garden with swing. The nearby lake in the grounds of the owner is not safe for swimming because of snakes. The setting is also beautiful, we enjoyed the hiking trails and the lovely little villages nearby.

Arrival did not have to be notified in advance (1 hour according to the description). Owner lives on site. Owner also speaks English that suits me well. Accommodation dated furnished but fine sanitary facilities and beds. Did not miss bigger tea cups and a kettle. Quiet rural location.

Accommodatie is prima, voor de honden een ruime afgezette tuin, waar zij heerlijk in konden spelen. Omgeving is akkerbouw, je zit er afgelegen, wel heerlijk rustig.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Het huisje is precies wat we zochten rustig gelegen in een prachtige, landelijke omgeving. Geen spoor van massatoerisme in de wijde omtrek.

We waren veel te vroeg bij ons huisje maar werden met open armen ontvangen. We hebben een rondleiding en uitleg gekregen. Alles was goed verzorgd.

Vriendelijk ontvangen in een schoon huis. Mooie ruime omheinde tuin. Het water ligt niet aan het huis maar enkele minuten lopen daar vandaan. Veel akkerbouw en uitgestrekte velden.

Het huisje is zeer rustig gelegen aan een landweggetje. De eigenaren wonen op hetzelfde erf maar ze respecteren de privacy van de gasten. Onze kinderen hebben fantastisch gespeeld in de goed afgezette tuin met schommel. Het nabijgelegen meer op het terrein van de eigenaar is helaas niet veilig om in te zwemmen ivm slangen. De omgeving is verder prachtig, we hebben genoten van de wandelroutes en de leuke kleine plaatsjes in de buurt.

Aankomst behoefde niet vooraf telefonisch (1uur volgens de beschrijving) aangemeld te worden. Eigenaar woont op het terrein. Eigenaar spreekt ook Engels wat mij goed uitkwam. Accommodatie gedateerd ingericht, maar prima sanitair en bedden. Misten wel grotere theebekers en een waterkoker. Rustige landelijke ligging.
