The house has a fantastic location, a beautiful terrace with a great view... We only used the ground floor, which also has a bedroom, good bed, and bathroom, with a nice shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (wooden part in the photos). The tower has several bedrooms, but you have to go through each other's bedroom to get downstairs... The tower is typically French (i.e., old and/or cozy). You cannot drive all the way to the house, which can be important for less mobile people; the last 40-50 meters you have to go through the garden (grass). Contact with the owner went very smoothly, in English and/or French... The key is in a safe at the front door. We did not see the owner upon arrival, during the stay, or at departure.

Beautiful house with beautiful views and terrace. The house is well equipped and equipped with all new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, ... From the terrace you can enjoy the sun, the view and the rest all day long. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage leave several hiking trails, including the Camino to Compostella. In the neighborhood are small charming villages and also Le Puy en Velay. To visit the major attractions of the Auvergne you often have to drive an hour or longer in a car, through a beautiful, rolling landscape. The terrace and the house are suitable for children and babies.

Lovely house on a quiet place with a wonderful view in a small lively village. Well equipped. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Walking, canoeing, rafting, nice towns/villages. Bakery in the village, closest supermarket at 20-25 mins by car.

The house in St.Privat-d‘Allier was very lovingly and professionally restored or rebuilt. It offers plenty of space, good facilities, tranquility and a wonderful view. Many excursions and hikes can be undertaken from here. It's best to sit in the bar in the evening and watch the exhausted pilgrims arrive is also interesting. Communication with the landlord was very good, but not with Belvilla.
