This beautiful area with inviting, detached villas in the typical Landes style is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the coniferous forests of Les Landes and in the middle of the Golf de Moliets golf course. The villas are about 800 m from the golf club house, where you will also find the tennis courts and a hotel with restaurant and bar where you are always welcome. The gardens, the large swimming pool and the children's playground are also accessible to guests. The beaches are within easy reach, approx. 1.2 km via the cycle paths that run alongside the golf course.
The villas are located on the golf course, very close to the Etang de Laprade lake. Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hendaye (Spanish border) are 1 hour's drive away and are wonderful excursion destinations.
Each villa (110 m2) has a large, shady garden with a wooden terrace and beautiful garden furniture around the private pool. The interior of the villa may be slightly different from the photo. However, the comfort of the apartments is as described. In the bedrooms there are either two single beds or a double bed.

This fine terrain with beautiful, detached villas in the characteristic style of the area 'Les Landes', located directly along the Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of the fir woods of 'Les Landes' and along the famous golf course 'golf de Moliets'. The villas are within approximately 800m from the 'Club House du Golf', the tennis courts and the hotel, restaurant and bar where you are more than welcome. The gardens, big swimming pool and the childrens playground are for the guests. The beached are easily reachable within 1,2 km of the cycling paths which are situated along the golf course.
The villas are along the course, in the neighbourhood of the no.2 hole and at the lake 'Etang de Laprade'. Biarritz, St-Jean-de-Luz, Hendaye (Spanish border) located within 1 hours drive.
Beautiful estate with lovely detached villas in a typical style of the Landes with a private swimming pool and only 1,2 km from the beach.

The cottage was in perfect shape and completely finished when we came in. That made us feel that we were very welcome. It is a quiet domain. Which is well maintained.

Pleasant, quiet and relaxing in a very comfortable and well equipped house. Reception staff courteous, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

The villa is dirty , especially the outside ( walls and windows ) . The table is maximum 6 people. Your local representative ( Mada Vacance ) confirms that the booked Belvilla accommodation does not exist . We have paid too much. We therefore request compensation for the damage suffered.

The cottage and pool answered all our expectations. We were even smaller estimated so that was a nice surprise. There were plenty of bathrooms and toilets' s causing problems never arose. There is a lot of privacy in the garden and it is right next to the wood which is very cozy and nice. It was really good.
