I greatly appreciated the hospitality of the owners. They were helpful with local recommendations. The house itself was comfortable, but I would have liked WiFi to be available for planning our trips.

We had a lot of fun here! The rooms were modern and comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms made it easy for our group. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Beauval Zoo, which was a short drive away.

Our stay was quite pleasant! The house had everything we needed, from modern furniture to a fireplace that added a cozy touch. The owners were welcoming, and the surrounding area was perfect for biking and walking. We loved exploring the local attractions and can't wait to tell our friends about this hidden gem!

We had a lovely stay in this charming holiday home. The garden was perfect for our children to play in, and the fish pond was a big hit! Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat for our family.

Nice spacious house with impressive large pond in the garden (almost 50 by 50 meters!). You enter the house through the kitchen, besides, there is a huge dining room with TV. Downstairs is a bedroom, toilet, bathroom with bath and space for the washing machine. Upstairs is a living room with balcony, a bedroom and another bathroom with bath. Ideal! There is also a bed with cot in a shielded part of the living room. Around the house is a large screened terrace which is safe for children. Through a gate you can go to the huge garden with pond, but there is a need for supervision of the children. The house is very quiet in the middle of nature. A 10-minute walk is a large clean swimming pool and a tennis court for free use. Very friendly owner. There is a lot to see in the area, but you need a car with a navigation system.

The holiday home was quite dated in terms of furnishings, but was wonderfully quiet on the way down, separate from the other holiday homes. The disadvantage was that you had to walk up a path of about 200 meters quite steeply to the swimming pool, but that could also be done by car. Next to the swimming pool was the tennis court. We did not use it. The garden with the fish pond was really great. During our stay we caught 4 carp and the garden was an oasis of peace and wonderfully shady.
The contact with the owner was by SMS and was sometimes a bit difficult, but she was very nice and we always got an answer to our questions. On arrival it was a bit confusing where we had to be, but that was also fixed after 1 phone call. There is a bakery 600 meters away, where you can order bread every morning (Ëpicerie in the street of the church). Everything else is quite far away, but nearby Monserrat, Saint Aignan and the zoo are definitely worth it. We had bicycles with us. The area is flat enough for wonderful cycling.
All in all we enjoyed this wonderful house.

Great house in excellent location. Wonderfully quiet and an eldorado for fishermen. Friendly welcome with bottle of wine and fresh eggs. Beautiful surroundings, with many possibilities.

Ideal for hiking and cycling. Numerous castles sometimes a little further away. Nearest supermarket as "n 20". No baker or butcher in the village.

Nice pond, where children are taken out of many fish (and discarded). Good pool at the top of the hill. Beautiful area for cycling and walking and to visit towns.

Musty smell, 2 out of 3 comfortable beds, very poor quality pipes! Smell and repression, no bulb in the lamps, 2 TVs which serve as decoration... No radio, mice or? above the bedrooms upstairs, which are running a marathon all night and an owner is not concerned about your comfort and is ignorant when I report the problems to her, otherwise a beautiful property which could be very pleasant with a very pleasant setting relaxing and the exterior very well maintained, good luck to the following if nothing is done afterwards

Beautiful house with nice balcony for breakfast. In the lake are a lot of carp, just with a floating crust fish and you have a whopper within fifteen minutes on the hook, great! Beautiful home, two living rooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, washer \/ dryer combo, dishwasher etc etc.Buiten a nice bbq, after the bbq and a piece of wood on it and you can enjoy zitten.Ivm keep the fishing lake I recommend have a bottle of DEET against mosquitoes. There you have inside not bother!

A beautiful house, located at the bottom of the hill and around just nature (peace and quiet). Ideal if you like that. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Good beds. Castles to reach the Loire with a good hour drive. Recommended for cyclists and walkers: the nature Brennes.We have made wonderful bike rides. Note: blue trails are not marked, you need a card. The village is little to do.

The rental is good but given the economic situation as everything is closed we can not take advantage of anything at all and as I could not have an answer to my emails following a request for reimbursement in agreement with the owner you were dishonest concerning our reservation and we will no longer go through you and we will give you a very bad publicity !!!

A beautiful house with beautiful garden with (fish) pond. Prima beds. Pool very clean within 5 minutes walk. Kindly received with bottle of wine by owner. Baker at walking distance (Faverolles-en-Berry). Croissants and good order one day in advance. Early in the morning you can enjoy the beavers. They then eat food along the side of the pond. Lots to do in the area. Recommend Loches (Market on Wednesday) and Chenonceau Castle.

A nice house with a "French" decor. Large dining table in the living room with sofa and television around it before. In nice weather not a problem as there is a huge garden with. Due to the large carp pond should keep an eye on small children. Faverolles itself down to nothing. It is a good base to visit the fun of the Loire valley. Castles, wijndomaines, markets, major cities are all nearby. A car is necessary and tomtom!
