Le Domaine du Mont is a small-scale residence located in the municipality of Roz sur Couesnon that makes an ideal base for visiting the area's various sights and attractions. The centre of Roz sur Couesnon is 9 km from the residence. In the residence you will find a heated, covered swimming pool, a fitness area, a sauna (only accessible to guests 18 and over, reservation required), a playground for children and bicycle rental.
Mont Saint Michel, one of the wonders of the western world, is located in the surrounding area (17 km). This small rocky peninsula on the Normandy coast was originally a tidal island: accessible by land during low tide and surrounded by water when the tide was up. There is now a narrow, raised causeway leading to the island. There are various ways to visit Mont Saint Michel, though the peninsula itself is only accessible to pedestrians. Don't forget to visit the centuries-old monastery on the peninsula as well. The pirate city of Saint Malo (42 km), with its old city walls, beaches and vibrant centre, is also worth a visit, as is la côte d'Emeraude (42 km). This rocky and rugged coastline stretches from Cap Fréhel to Calcale, with its emerald green water. Further offshore from Saint Malo are the Channel Islands: Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Herm, Alderney and various smaller islands. These islands are British crown dependencies, with a culture formed from a mishmash of French and English traditions. Another option is a daytrip inland to Rennes (80 km), which is the regional capital of Brittany.
Residence le Domaine du Mont has a heated, covered pool. It is located in beautiful Brittany close to Mont Saint Michel (17 km), one of the wonders of the west.

There is a lack of language skills at the reception which is certainly a must when you receive tourists. Even on the TV in the apartment were only French speaking channels for bekijken.Er was not even BVN transmitter, which in most tourist countries still available. The apartment was just to get internet via cable (!) That you got involved in the reception, so no wireless wifi which we might otherwise receive multiple devices with the Internet. In the vicinity of the complex there is to do nothing. We spent our evenings watching youtube videos on the laptop.

The apartment is good for 2 people. Beds are good and it is clean. The mentioned air conditioning is not present and the photos posted at Belvilla look nice. In reality, the building is in 2 parts, one after the other. If you stay in the rear building (which we had) then you look at the doors of building in front with no view at all.But for a week of exploring the area it is good!

Friendly welcome. Nice cozy apartment. It's all the way in French with some French TV channels and French speaking staff, which we found very sorry. Good base for exploring the beautiful area.

We identified several issues related to the cleanliness of the "apartment and surrounding area.
