We were received very kindly by Maité. We enjoyed our wonderful holiday in this peaceful and beautiful house. It is a very large house with plenty of privacy and the house is about 100 meters from the road, so you will not be bothered by neighbors.

Appreciated how well the kitchens were equipped, made cooking together easy. Each wing had a cozy living room that was great for family gatherings. Enjoyed picking fruit from the trees while sipping coffee on the terrace. The pool area was spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring nearby villages.

I had a lovely stay in this villa, The views of the garden were breathtaking and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, The kitchen had everything we needed, so we cooked meals together, Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit unstable, but it was nice to disconnect a little, I highly recommend!

This was a wonderful property to spend a fabulous two weeks in. We were welcomed by Maitie who gave a tour of the house and also popped in during our styrofoam ensure all was well. So much thought has gone into making this an ideal property to rent. Care and attention has been used in every detail. The kitchen is fabulous for large groups and so well stocked - the outside area and pool are spacious with glorious views - wonderful to see deer and birds. The garden is so pretty with fruit trees and flowers abundant. I don’t think I have had a more comfortable nights sleep the beds are all of an extremely high standard as are are all the fixtures and fittings. I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough- thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The interior of the house is very nicely done, with lots of comfort and the garden offer plenty of shade and places to dream away during a hot summer day. The nearby villages and wine chateaus are also very nice to go and visit.

What a surprise! The Corona crisis has made it difficult for us to continue our joint holiday week with 11 children and grandchildren in that beautiful and spacious house in the Dordogne? Fortunately. And we enjoyed together for a week in this great house. What a space for such a large group, located in a beautiful, quiet area in the middle of nature. Equipped with all comforts, facilities, a nice swimming pool and with an eye for all kinds of details, including a wealth of toys for the youngest. Our appreciation for the way in which new is naturally intertwined with old in the house to create a beautiful and modern whole that meets our high expectations. This certainly also applies to the interior of the house in a classic yet modern style. Great hospitality that we were able to enjoy to the fullest.

What a wonderful retreat! Herregården was spacious enough for our family gathering, and we loved the modern kitchen. The children had fun in the private swimming pool while the adults enjoyed the peaceful views from the garden. The nearby Saturday market was a lovely surprise with fresh produce and local crafts. We also took advantage of the hiking trails.
