Luxury villa in Saint-Ambroix, France with 6 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people. The soothing property with a private pool and Boules court is ideal for groups. The villa has a traditional stone bastide with all modern comforts.

With a convenient location, general supplies and restaurants are available in just 1.2 km and the town centre is 2 km. Given the convenient surroundings, the property can be great for a lovely stay with groups.

The child-friendly property comes with amenities like; a Boules court, Table Tennis court, private swimming pool, terrace and garden with barbecue facility and much more. It is an ideal spot for a holiday with a cosy vacation vibe. The house is heated with a heat pump. This works fully automatically and it is, therefore, requested that you do not change any setting. In the colder periods, you can use a wood stove. Next to the house is enough parking for a few cars.

The nearest airport is just about 57 km away. The motorway is just 50 km.

Appreciated that the table tennis was set up and ready to go. The villa had plenty of space for our group, with six bedrooms accommodating everyone comfortably. Just a short drive away from local restaurants made it convenient for us to grab meals together.

Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. This villa offers such value with its spacious rooms and private pool. Enjoyed evenings on the terrace with good food and laughter, making it worth every penny.

Dear Sir or Madam, the house is well suited for large groups. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Equipment is adequate, kitchen is well equipped with dishes and everything else. The cleanliness of the house is not very good, old cobwebs on the ceilings and in the corners. You can see the plaster strips of the pre-cleaning on the doors and the Wall surfaces, e.g. in the bathrooms. Furniture on the terrace, some of which have holes in the surfaces. Braided optics are broken and full of holes! A vacuum cleaner of the cheapest category is available and we did not find a broom. Hand broom and dustpan available. Sincerely, Marc Burgholte

We came out, there was little problem, since my husband was wheelchair user, and there were stairs in the main house, this was a moeilijkheidspunt.maar we are fine aided by Christof caretaker in no time for us a bridge ( disaster) was made because we had no problems the house through the garage could not issue him too much, he came every day and have a look if everything is ok was.wij felt great, they were so worried thick plume for Cristof though! !!!!!! for the rest, everything went great, it was really for us a luxury vacation, relaxing after a difficult period in our familie.w

Nice house in a quiet and green area. A very friendly manager. We had used the linen package (€ 22.50 / pp). It was stated on the website and on the ticket that the beds would be made upon arrival. This was not the case. There was only a stack of sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, etc. ready, with a single bed for a double bed. We finally made the beds ourselves. In addition, the gas BBQ did not work and there was no hot water. After telephone contact with the manager, everything has been nicely replaced / repaired.

We were a group of 6 young couples and made this trip very enjoyable ervaren.Bij arrival we were very well received by Christophe and we got an excellent tour and necessary info.Indien necessary we could always make him appeal, but this was our case not toepassing.De villa was TOP class. Each room was air conditioned. There was a large terrace, indoor and outdoor kitchen, nice pool, plenty of bathrooms, spacious garages, washing ... everything was there to have a happy holiday to maken.Tip an extra umbrella would be useful zijn.In were the immediate vicinity 3 large supermarkten.In the area were enough excursion possibilities, though this is still as driving. Upon leaving Christophe everything smooth geregeld.Wij definitely recommend this holiday !!!
