What a delightful stay! The luxury cottage in Chaleix exceeded our expectations, The large kitchen was perfect for family meals, and we loved having a BBQ on the terrace, The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing boules, Highly recommend for families!

We had a great time at the Heritage cottage! The space was super roomy and the kids loved the trampoline and pool, It felt cozy and welcoming, I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, made cooking for the family easy, The location is nice, close to some great places like Jumilhac Castle, which we enjoyed visiting, Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay, Would definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay in this charming and characterful place. The castle is magnificent, the gardens are superb, and the large spaces with their high ceilings make the place truly unique. The outdoor area with a barbecue and spaces to eat outside is very enjoyable, and the children had a lot of fun. It is true that the accommodation shows some signs of wear: cleanliness could be improved, some furniture and equipment are damaged (washing machine, sofa bed, windows), and the leaking pool cannot be heated. It feels like maintenance is challenging for the owners, but they remain available and helpful (for example, the sofa bed was replaced immediately and we were able to use the laundry facilities). In summary, despite these areas for improvement, the charm of the place, the kindness of the hosts, and especially the value for money make it a location we really appreciated.

Great family-friendly accommodation! The kids loved the trampoline and the tennis court. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we made good use of the dishwasher. A solid choice for a group holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Cottage in Chaleix. The space was more than sufficient for our family of eight, and the kids loved the trampoline and the swimming pool. The surroundings are peaceful, surrounded by trees, and we enjoyed our evenings by the pond. The nearby Jumilhac Castle was a great outing, and we also found some cozy restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Magnificent estate with very friendly operators who stabbing their soul into this project. The atmosphere was great! We have the cottage in question with two families with five children (2 to 6 years). We found there everything necessary, though the fridge would be a bit bigger. Since it was beautiful weather, we especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the (fortunately fenced) pool. Also attacked the toys (swing, seesaw, trampoline) popular with the children, if those might be refreshed can agree. When the children were in bed, we could enjoy the hotel's kitchen from the terrace you have a view of the cottage and baby monitors reach far enough. For us that was really enjoying feet under the table, wine there, great food and chat ... An experience you little vacation can find!

Pictures on the site were lovely, unfortunately it was in reality a little less beautiful. It is an old building and the cottage had some flaws and needed some maintenance. The neighbors we heard that the people who had complained to us had been in the cottage on the same flaws as we do, but there was nothing to gedaan.Er enough sleeping space for 9 people, and the beds are wonderful !! but a table model fridge we could with four men from the feet but nine people will be a little on the small side. On arrival we had to find someone who could help because no one was in the restaurant and it was not clear where you had to sign up. The owners are very nice and helpful. For children this is a great place with a fenced swimming pool, trampoline, swings and tennis and boules. There was a relaxed atmosphere and the children had quickly made friends and have great can do their thing on the landgoed.Het restaurant was nice and the sushi was delicious! Great place for kids to have a relaxing holiday.
