This 2-bedroom holiday home is nestling in Saint-Nexans. 6 people can stay here comfortably. It is ideal for families with young children. The home has a roofed terrace and a shared garden ideal for recreation.
This home is not far from the historical villages of Monpazier, Castillonnès, and Villeréal. There is a water park, a lake, and a golf course nearby. The nearest supermarket is located 6 km away.
A barbecue is available for grilling chicken or fish. The home is heated to keep you warm during your stay indoors. For entertainment, TV and DVD are kept in the living room. Exactly what we were looking for. Peace, warmth and beautiful surroundings. Despite the Bergerac airport, 2 km away, you will not be bothered by it at all. There is also plenty to see and experience.Voldoende restaurants in the area and of course in Bergerac. Supermarket is also close by and a bakery 3 minutes drive from the cottage. The cottage is a picture on the outside. Well maintained and a spacious garden. Inside the house everything is there, but don't expect a modern interior. It is clean and tidy. Beds are okay and the bathroom is good. A great place to stay with friendly owners, but only speak Frans. Resi and Bram van Velden.

Arrival and key transfer went well but you must be able to speak some French. Accommodation fine. Environment fine.Replacing mattress 2 bed is recommended.

The cottage is fully equipped. Location is truly fantastic. Less than 10 minutes from Bergerac.
