This is a fabulous 6-bedroom mansion in Bourgnac. It has a bubble bath and swimming pool and is perfect for big groups and families.
The mansion is 3 km from the village of Bourgnac and 5 km from the larger village of Mussidan. The area is renowned for its excellent wines. The town of Bergerac is 25 km away. Périgueux, the capital of the Dordogne, is 35 km north of the house. In the Périgord Noir you will find the village of Les Eyzies, home to some of the most famous prehistoric cave sites in Europe. This is also an excellent area for hiking, cycling and canoeing. There's a tennis court 3km away and a water sports facility 5 km from here. There is a restaurant just 1km away and a supermarket 6km from here.
The home has a table tennis table, a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 2 pets. It offers bed linen and bath towels.

Very friendly owner who gives a lot of explanation on arrival about the area and what there is to do. The various buildings were unfortunately not clean (musty, dust, glasses and cutlery dirty, bottom pool dirty, ...). First meal started with washing up... The main building is quite dark (pictures are overexposed) which gives a different feel than what the pictures make. Free area where no traffic passes, very good to let the children roam freely without danger. All in all, I think there are better options in this price range, especially in terms of cleanliness, this could be a lot better.

Worn out and half finished Beds not worth the name. Mold and moisture in the rooms. Everything dirty inside. Almost no kitchen utensils. But outside it is a beautiful domain.

The accomodation is too expensive for what he has to offer. Everything is outdated (like kitchenware), the beds do not sleep well, the showers do not work properly. The poolhouse has been unrolled for a long time. The room in the poolhouse is difficult to consider as a full room.The website also does not mention that the various houses are at some distance.The pool is not finished around around rough concrete, no tiling. The number of people for which it is rented can not be set at one table. You should always bring kitchenware from the outside kitchen to the kitchen to eat together. The owner is friendly (though with dogs who unwanted on the grounds), the arrival was warm. The surroundings are beautiful.

Friendly welcome by Mr de Huizes with all the necessary explanation about the houses and the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful and peaceful environment. Limited Internet Access.

Very nice villa. The owner was charming, available and left us completely free to use the villa, pool and jacuzzi. The setting is very relaxing.
