If you want a completely undisturbed holiday, this is the place for you. It gets "really" dark at night and you can see a unique starry sky. The house is romantically situated in the middle of nature. The property has about 2000 sqm.
In the house there are two double bedrooms and one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
In the attic there is a large living room with a cosy couch corner and a billiard table.
The house has central heating. There is also a wood-burning stove in the kitchen-living room for cosy evenings in colder weather.
In the large bathroom there is a double shower, two washbasins and two toilets.
There is also a small shelter on the property where you can enjoy the scenery at the barbecue even in windy and rainy weather.
The holiday home is also an excellent starting point to get to know the country. The island of Usedom is 30 km away by car. You can also take the Usedomer Bäderbahn in Züssow, 16 km away, and discover the entire island of Usedom and its wonderful beaches without traffic jams. If that is too time-consuming, drive 6 km to Gützkow and go to the bathing establishment on the lake.
The landlord lives in the area and will be happy to advise you about possibilities to discover the Peene (the Amazon of the North) by canoe or motorboat or the towns in the area. Fishing trips are also possible. Stralsund is about 30 and Greifswald about 20 minutes away by car. These cities also have a lot to offer culturally.
Of course, the landlord has the best connections to the airfield and will gladly explain everything about flying in Schmoldow. A trial flight can certainly be organised.
by the way, there is no "aircraft noise". The take-off activities are limited to gliders and possibly small single-engine aircraft that visit the airfield mainly at weekends. On the weekends, you can watch the glider operations from the house like in a cinema.
The house is only rented to one person at a time. Therefore you can enjoy your holiday completely undisturbed

The holiday home is in a secluded location. It is about 100m to the "Fliegerwiese", so you have a view to the horizon and can experience unforgettably beautiful sunsets. The nearest neighbour is about 200m away.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you
A beautiful house, with lots of space and good facilities. Very nice, helpful landlord who had good tips for excursions for us. The washing machine was purchased separately. The clock has stopped here and you can really relax and get away from the stress of work. It was a great time that we like to think back to. Thanks to the pool table, foosball and fireplace, it was never boring.

Quiet and yet centrally located
This is the second time we have stayed here.
The house is super equipped and very well maintained.
The direct location at Schmoldow airfield is of course ideal for flight enthusiasts like us. Also because everything here is super uncomplicated.
The landlord takes care of even the most unusual wishes and always has a tip ready if the weather is not suitable.
We were even able to keep our two teenagers busy.
This was definitely not our last holiday here.

A really nice vacation!
I booked the house at short notice with six friends to have a replacement for our graduation trip, and we were thrilled. During the day, we were able to visit Greifswald, have a day at the beach, or use the large garden at the house for games. One day, the landlord even showed us the nearby airfield. In the evening or in bad weather, we played billiards, table football, or board games. So, there is never a dull moment and there is always something new to do every day. The house is far enough away from the other houses that you can enjoy the peace and quiet and not disturb anyone yourself.

Perfect place for a relaxed start to the new year
We felt very comfortable in the villa at the airfield, to celebrate the new year together with a few friends. Very quiet surroundings and good facilities in the house. Also a very nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlord. We can highly recommend the house!
