We stayed with a family of 5, it was doable. The hostess was very friendly, also gave various tips for P + R in Nice, Cannes and Monaco ... Definitely worth repeating ..

Nice, comfortable and spacious apartment with beautiful, unobstructed views and a lovely terrace. The owner, Jaqueline is very friendly and welcoming and we were welcomed with a drink and lots of tips. Beautiful, quiet area, you can go to the beautiful cities, such as Nice and San Remo, but you can also enjoy the mountains and enjoy the beautiful nature. We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the nice apartment that was completely complete and clean.

Nice apartment, a number of hairpin bends up the mountain. Fully equipped. We were warmly welcomed with a delicious quiche. She told us all kinds of good tips for doing business. Even if we had a question about something, we were helped well. Unfortunately you cannot walk to the store. For this you still have to take the car ff. We were received very warmly by the owner Jackie Demange. In the course of our stay she gave good information and great tips on several occasions. The accommodation is great with a beautiful view from the terrace. The only downside was the shower: the shower curtain did not prevent half the bathroom from becoming blank at every shower. Also the "lame" showerhead contributed to this (he did not stay in the desired position, but always dropped away). The environment was very beautiful. We look back on a very nice stay in Berres-les-Alpes. We are considering even going there again in 2020.

We were already able to enjoy this holiday destination from last year, and because we think this is such a fantastic location, we went back again this year. The accommodation gives 100% satisfaction and despite the very warm weather it stays nice and cool in this residence.When we sit on the terrace we enjoy the great view, in the foreground the olive trees then some gardens and in the distance the mountains. It is also wonderfully quiet here and you can relax here. You also have plenty of choice for trips, you can go to places like Nice, Menton, San Remo etc. and of course enjoy the sea. You can also go into the mountains and you are surrounded by nature with beautiful places and great views.

Nice comfortable and spacious apartment with free view, not far from the great city of Nice. A good base for excursions on the Cote d'Azur. We visited Cannes, Monaco and Antibes, the house is on a mountain and there are many fruit trees in the garden. Very quiet area.

Neat accommodation and beautiful environment to relax, but also to be active with walking and / or cycling. Due to its location, there is a lot of variation in the landscape. Fancy a walk or bike route to the coast or a steep climb in the mountains, plenty of choice. Also trips to Nice, Monaco etc. are good to do.

Very friendly and punctual welcome and the first impressions were entirely in line with expectations. Clean and tidy floor, ample parking space and nice terrace in the green. The owner has many good tips (including handy P + R Nice) but does not force herself. The location is very suitable for outdoor activities such as walking or cycling (including Col de Turini) but less for those who want to go out in the evening because then always many dark hairpin bends are waiting. The property is not luxurious, but everything works properly and it is spacious enough for 3 adults.
