Le Palais Rossini Residence is located in a, for Nice, typical old building from the 30's. It is five storeys high and has 25 apartments. There is a reception, lift, breakfast room and small parking lot (for a fee; limited availability).
All the highlights of Nice are within walking distance. The famous boulevard La Promenade des Anglais and the vast pebble beach are about 800m; the Jean-Médecin tram station and the Place Masséna are 1.2km; the Nice-Ville train station is about a 5 minute walk, and the Nice Côte d'Azur airport is about 6km. Nice is a cosmopolitan city and cozy seaside resort where you can shop, eat, relax and go out.

The residence offers an inviting holiday spot or an excellent workplace in a fantastic city.
Nice has nice shopping promenades, a beautiful boulevard, beautiful city parks, various markets and many museums and historic buildings such as the Château a bit above it all and the famous Hôtel Negresco. In the alleys of Vieux-Nice you can enjoy a pleasant stroll.
Nice also offers an ideal starting point to discover all the highlights of the Côte d'Azur and Provence. The sophisticated Cannes, perfume town of Grasse, royal Monte-Carlo and the bustling Saint-Tropez all offer great destinations for excursions.
