Le Palais Rossini Residence is located in a, for Nice, typical old building from the 30's. It is five storeys high and has 25 apartments. There is a reception, lift, breakfast room and small parking lot (for a fee; limited availability).
All the highlights of Nice are within walking distance. The famous boulevard La Promenade des Anglais and the vast pebble beach are about 800m; the Jean-Médecin tram station and the Place Masséna are 1.2km; the Nice-Ville train station is about a 5 minute walk, and the Nice Côte d'Azur airport is about 6km. Nice is a cosmopolitan city and cozy seaside resort where you can shop, eat, relax and go out.

Le Palais Rossini is a hidden gem! We loved the charming atmosphere and the fact that we could easily visit places like the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Highly recommend for families or couples!

Spacious and comfortable! We traveled with our children and found the two-bedroom apartment perfect for our needs. The nearby park was ideal for afternoon walks, and the beach was just a few minutes' drive away.
