Welcome to this wonderful holiday home in the north of the Auvergne. With 2 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for a family. As of spring 2021, the new swimming pool (7.2 x 3.6m) will be ready, so your stay will be even more pleasant! There is an old quarry close to the house. It is no longer in use, so you can easily take a quick look. Just 3km away is the village of Buxières-les-Mines. The local bakery will provide you with a tasty croissant for your breakfast. The famous city of Vichy is also definitely worth a visit. This city is well known for its lovely architectural style. Clermont-Ferrand is a bit further away, but this city is also a must! There is a large, covered terrace right against the house. It includes a large barbecue with a lounge section. In addition, you also have an enormous garden at your disposal, where you can go for beautiful walks. There are no direct neighbours, so all privacy is guaranteed! Pets are also welcome here.

A fantastic, quiet place with lots of space. Everything was there. We had a good time. Our dogs also had a wonderful time and were able to roam around the grounds.

The arrival was good. Were met by the key holder. Familiarized with the house. This was very complete, everything is there. The area was very quiet, not touristy.

When I booked, the description stated that the garden was fenced. That turns out not to be the case. A downer for us, when we arrived with our 2 dogs. Fortunately, we were able to solve it with sheep wire, but our idea that the dogs would have a huge space to run and play safely, fell through. It's a paradise for dogs that stay with you on their own and don't explore on their own. The plot is huge (beautiful!), we take our walks on it. The view is wonderful, only green. No neighbors, no traffic. The buzzing of the pump of the set up pool is the only “irritating” sound. ;) The tranquility here is great! It's also nice here for young children, less so for teenagers, I think. The wifi is fine. The house is clean, but you can expect dust, cobwebs, insects and spiders in every corner of an old French house. There is a mosquito net in front of a number of windows, nice! Everything is there, in abundance. It is also very handy that linen, bath and kitchen utensils are available. The seating areas - inside and outside - are cozy and comfortable. The bed sleeps well! All in all, we are very satisfied with this holiday home and we feel comfortable here. We are still happily enjoying it!

We were received very kindly by Karla, who lives close by. After a phone call an hour before arrival she was waiting for us at the holiday home. Those who love peace and space are at the right place. The house is fully furnished. Everything is present in the cooking area. You can't think of it so badly or it is there. Furthermore, the house is nicely decorated. We immediately felt at home. You can sit outside where you look out over the gigantic garden. When it is warm you can cool off in the pool. Also great for children. There are swings, a trampoline and a playhouse. The area is beautifully rural. For those who like good food, there are several fine restaurants nearby. Recommended: Château d'Ygande. We had a lovely air there. Due to corona, our holidays were mainly in and around the house, so I have little to say about what to do in the area. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed Accourir-Montagne. Robbert & Yvonne
