The natural cottage was built in the typical style of barns in the Limousin, using natural stone. There is an above-ground pool of 5 metres in diameter in the garden. The house is elegantly furnished in a rural style, but equipped with all modern comforts. It is located near the Dordogne up on the Plateau de Xaintrie in the south of the Corrèze. A lovely place where it is still really quiet. Only a few cars pass by each day. You only hear the sounds of nature: a breeze in the trees, a buzzing fly, an owl or a roaring deer in the woods. At night it is really dark, you see so many stars that you feel dizzy when you look up at the sky. Hence the name of the house "La grange des mille étoiles". Here you can really relax and let go of all your stress.
This serene holiday home set in a wooded environment in Auriac, has 2 bedrooms. It accommodates a group of 6 people or families with children and offers a private swimming pool and central heating to relax.
You can explore Auriac which lies a few kilometres away. The Les Jardins de Sothys, with its botanical gardens is also nearby. The day can be spent visiting the charming town of Argenat or indulging in an experience of Middle Ages at the Tours de Merle or in Salers. The Les Monts du Cantal is also worth a visit. Ski area of Le Lioran in also nearby. You an also enjoy horse riding at 7 km. There are supermarket and restaurants at a distance of 3 km.
The home is pleasant with the central heating. The living-dining room has a wood stove, TV, and 8 seater dining table. You can spend time in the hallway or enjoy a barbecue from the terrace or garden. The home also provides a children's bed, high chair, and parking. You can also bring 3 pets.

Very quiet house, with all the trimmings. Wooded area. In the vicinity a few small villages. In Auriac itself a beautifully situated and maintained lake, where you can swim and walk. The house itself is fully equipped. The attic, where the sleeping places are, is very cozy and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and a good bathroom. The pool was broken. A new one will be posted after that. The swimming pool is in the most beautiful spot in the garden, and that is a small drawback, because the swimming pool does not look that nice, which is certainly a pity if you cannot use the swimming pool. Incidentally, a very neat compensation arrangement has been made.
In short: Highly recommended for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet in a natural environment. There is plenty to do and see within driving distance.

Wonderful location and a perfect holiday home equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The house is clean and pleasantly furnished. We had a very relaxing time in the autumnal sunshine and our two dogs loved it too! We ended our holiday with an amazing lunch at the Jardins Sothys - one not to be missed. Highly recommend the location, we had a perfectly lovely week.

It is a very nice house, wonderful beds and fantastic tranquility. Nice pool in the warm weather. Key code on arrival did not work, but was solved directly by Belvilla by telephone. It was really great.

It is a large, spacious house with a large garden around. The equipment is good and complete. The kitchen is certainly fully equipped. The house was neat and clean. By the way, garbage containers are just a few houses away. The upper floor is warm in the sun, but fortunately there is a small air conditioning. Totally had no problems with the dogs in the neighborhood.

The house and grounds are very good and beautiful. The communication possibilities with belvilla are miserable!! There is no usable information on the address "no-replay@... Why do you give it at all? Then there was a promising phone call with your colleague "Anita". She gave us the email address info@belvilla.com - ok so far "So we send an email to this address. We immediately get the message that this address is no longer active. Do you want to annoy and upset your customers..........??? We'll tell you one thing right now close - no more belvilla!! And another issue. The water quality is, to put it mildly, unbearable (totally green water). At Belvilla, nobody is interested in this, but you are referred to the contact person. Unfortunately, they don't speak German and we only a little French. However, Madame Gorgeon reacted quickly. As a service provider and our contractual partner, it would be right if you took up the information and then reacted accordingly please delete our e-mail address in your advertising campaigns. Thanks What else is wrong? The address is not complete, your information on latitude and longitude is completely wrong, so it was not possible to orientate yourself. Our stay looked very good at the first moment. however, this was only apparent. the gas tank was not topped up, so we were without hot water or heating for two and a half days. the first day there was just enough gas to cook on the gas fire, the second day this was no longer the case. contacted the owners and they were unable to help us other than to notify the gas supplier. We had to make do with 2 small electric fires and the stove for which we had to provide the wood ourselves. This is indeed stated in the description that there is no wood available, but if the heating does not work you are obliged to incur additional costs otherwise we would never have used this stove. We have stated several times that we have two children aged 2 and 4 and the stove was really not enough to heat the large room (the whole house is 1 large room, including the bedroom(s). to pay attention to details and then the hygiene really left something to be desired.Veel dead flies, dust on the hood, cobwebs on the beams, behind the stove is not often cleaned I think.Very unfortunate this experience because the house has everything to to make it a nice holiday, but this was not successful due to the above things. Fortunately, the last two days were nice weather because that was also bad for the first two days, the owner can of course do nothing about this, but if you rain all day and then no heating or hot water, you can already guess the mood in the house with 2 young children and dogs that can hardly or not outside.

The environment is beautiful. Peace, nature, small villages ... great if you like peace. You can also go there with your dogs, as the house is surrounded by a huge garden. This is not locked, and very regularly strange dogs on the floor. So that can sometimes be an issue. The house is otherwise pleasant and luxurious. Equipped with all necessary comfort. However, the bedroom is a large space, so if you go there with several couples, you will not have any privacy. Important to know. 1 downside for me is also the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which in my case causes back pain. This is of course a personal preference, but I had back pain for 1 week because of this. Everything else was fine. Also had an issue during our stay, but the owner has solved this nicely. Do not expect any help from Bellevilla itself, they just send you walking. All in all, a very nice environment and a pleasant stay.

An arrival without any problem, where we discover this fantastic Grange aux Mille étoiles. The place is large, airy, tastefully furnished, comfortable, very pleasant! Everything has been designed to allow a restful stay and nothing is missing from the point of view of view of the accessories. The garden is a haven of peace, with a pleasant swimming pool. It is absolute calm. Only the song of birds accompanies you during the day, to be replaced at the beginning of the evening by the slab of the deer in this period of September. Walks in the forest located just 2 minutes on foot are pleasant It has been years since we have had such a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. St Privat, barely 10 minutes away by car, provides access to a well-stocked supermarket which is perfect for shopping. things to discover, places to visit: just search a little ;-)

Nice house in a beautiful setting. The house is very complete. The house has 1 large attic bedroom with 6 beds, so no privacy if you are with several. We had great weather and then the attic is very warm. Mosquito nets are not a superfluous luxury to be able to open everything or fans for cooling. Contact with the owner is smooth and fast. We enjoyed this great house.

If you are looking for peace, this is the ideal holiday home! Our background sounds were the cow bells that filled the evening like a windclock. We even woke up one morning with a deer in the garden! The two hammocks in the garden were by far our favorite spot to become completely zen.Het house is very well equipped, you have all the modern comfort you could wish for and clean equipment. The corners and edges were not always thoroughly clean, but hygiene was generally ok. It was a pity that the pool was green, but in the end we did not really miss this. We were here as a couple, if you go as a family you have to take into account that all areas are open, with the exception of the bathroom and the WC. That also means that the rooms are not separated from each other and that there is no separation between the living room and the bedrooms. Then the environment, as nature lover, is beautiful here! From the cottage you can easily reach the hunting trails where you can walk for hours without encountering anyone. In Auriac there is also a lake where you can fish for carp. If you really want to do cultural trips you have to drive an hour for the larger tourist attractions. Finally, a small remark for holidaymakers with dogs the dogs of the neighbors are indeed free to walk around and will certainly come to visit. We have approached the neighbor about this because our dog was not so good at it, and the rest of the holiday here has paid attention. In short, our batteries are fully charged after our visit here!
