What a restful, idyllic place to spend your holiday. The ideal place to completely unwind. You will be welcomed by very friendly owners who will give you a lot of autonomy. The private lake offers everything: bird watching (raptors, herons, kingfishers), mother duck with her baby ducklings,... And the deer of course: 9 deer (including 2 bambies) that roam freely in the domain and that you can watch for hours can admire. The male deer even comes to eat from your hand (a bit of stale bread). The house has all amenities and is very functionally furnished. view of the lake from your bedroom, air conditioning, jaccuzzi, solid kitchen ... Outside you have the opportunity to play table tennis, pétanque, cool off in the pool (not for swimming, too small), boat to sail on the lake, garden lounge with decent umbrellas,.... Also important: very good wifi! The only downside is the environment. This is not the most touristy region of France (therefore also affordable). Definitely worth a visit to the cities of Dole, Dijon, Beaune, Besançon. Highly recommended for those who want to relax!

We stayed for 2 weeks in August with our son and his girlfriend in this fantastic house. The house is fully equipped and spotlessly clean. A small fridge in the kitchen and a larger fridge with 3 drawer freezer is in the hall opposite the bathroom. There are 2 showers in the house, which we found very nice. We have rented bed linen and towels. I found 6 towels for 4 people little, but the washing machine offers the solution. In our opinion, the key transfer can be better arranged, because the papers state that this is at the house itself, but the owner does not live there. It is that the neighbor was at home and she called him for us. No one speaks English in the area, with hands and feet and but trying, he succeeded and he came to the house. Explanation of the house is easy to follow in French. I missed a book with information in the house, for example about collecting garbage and the departure procedure. 2 days before our departure, the owner, who comes every day to feed the deer, asked what time we would leave. At this time he was indeed there to receive the key again. Well organised. There are brochures of the sights in the house. There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity, so you are dependent on the car. Groceries is 6 km further in Dampiere sur Salon, here are also 2 bakeries. At 240 meters a restaurant is not good information. We have been to Besancon, with a visit to the Citadel. The cave in Beze is nice, make sure there is enough water in the cave, otherwise it will be a waste of your visit. In Champlitte there are 2 nice museums to visit. Vesoul and Gray are nice places. Our highlight is the city of Dijon. Really worth driving there. Eating out in the area is searching. A brasserie or bistro is not open for dinner. We often went out after 2 pm to eat somewhere. Many are closed on Mondays.

Had a fantastic stay, sat in the pool and jacuzzi, slept well and had a rest. Communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier, but we managed to work it out. The air conditioning was leaking some water, but it was also very hot. Despite the 2 points mentioned, I definitely recommend it.

In the beautifully situated house with much comfort and luxury we lived in absolute peace in beautiful nature. The house offered us all the amenities. The concept is thought through. There is nothing missing. The host is very friendly. We also got rid of all language barriers, thanks to the Google translator and 3 words of English. We did not find the property immediately, but the landlord went in search of us and found us at the street corner. The animals were always in the background, which was great for watching. We wanted bbqs and the owner provided one for wood as wood was present for the stove and the gas was not our favorite. Pool is partly in the ground making it deeper than it seems. Jacuzzi is fantastic after the pool. Everything is present for a super-deluxe vacation, peace and privacy. Animals are an extra touch for the kids. Fish, salamanders, frogs, rabbits, otters (indeed otters), Benny (goose) and deer seen. Recommended in terms of location as you surrounded Are by nature.

On arrival, the owners only found French to speak and no word English, that was the only thing that was a little tricky but for the rest, super! Beautiful house, friendly people, peaceful surroundings and really a place to relax. The 2nd extra fridge did it during our stay and this we indicated after dinner. The owner came by and would pass the next morning at 1000 o'clock. To look at the problem, we thought we were French very minimal. But the next morning he was there at 10:00 but with a brand new refrigerator. That's another service, all the best! Too bad that we could stay for a week, we would love to stay longer to have more rest and enjoy.

Really amazing!! Lovely private spot at the end of a country road. You can easily all day for you from dreaming about the lake, watching the deer and other animals. In warm weather, you can cool off in the zwembadje.Het cottage is cozy, complete with all luxury! Excellent kitchen facilities, spacious bathroom and a wonderful Jacuzzi. With good insulation and shading it stays nice and cool inside. The owner was on a holiday when we arrived, but after a few days he came to bring a bottle of Champagne as a welcome gift! Make sure you speak some French, as English means they really do not unfortunately.

By using the GPS coordinates the house was easy to find with the help of the navigation. We were received very warmly by the owners. With my few words of French and their few words of English we were able to understand the explanation about the house, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. We received a bottle of champagne as a welcome! The owners were very helpful: when we indicated that our daughter and son-in-law with their 8-month-old daughter would also come by for a few days, they immediately arranged an extra baby cot. Awesome! The cottage itself was clean and fresh, the location a paradise ... Of course it helped that we had wonderful weather. And with 32 degrees a swimming pool, even though it is not super large, is a solution. The environment was also great. We were able to walk through the peaceful villages. And the super marche could be reached by car within 5 minutes. All in all we had a very nice holiday. A note: our granddaughter cannot walk yet. This made the house safe enough. This accommodation is really not suitable for small children who cannot swim because there is no separation with the lake. But for families with children who can swim, this is an excellent place where children can certainly enjoy themselves: nice sailing with the rowboat to the island in the lake, swimming in the pool, table tennis, etc. Highly recommended ...

When we arrived on Saturday at our holiday home in Delain we were warmly welcomed by the owners, they are wonderfully sweet people, and the service perfect. The language barrier was no problem, as we have come true with the familiar hands and footwork. After a guided tour of the owners we have to say it is a beautiful location if one wants to enjoy the peace and the house is super clean and you will lack nothing. Since I am quite a fanatic fisherman, I can only say about the water the fish I caught were throats and a trout. Then again next year.

The owner was still working on the final touches tip top shape to make it (we were a little early), after which he received us even warmer than his son had done. The owner is very proud of his home and surrounding area, and we can only give him right. What a beautiful home and wonderful place. After a clear explanation and tour we got a bottle of champagne which we have the more delicious on the terrace opgedronken.Het house and the surroundings are great, relax in peace and luxury. Stayed 1 week with our three children. Very friendly welcome and extensive explanation about the cottage. Beautiful nature, tranquility, beautiful house and children had a good time in the pool, jacuzzi, on the lake (sailing in the boat and we had a supboard ourselves) and on the island. The deer loved them. It is wonderful to wake up here with a view of the lake and "in the evening when you sit on the terrace a deer will just walk by. We stayed for 2 weeks in August with our son and his girlfriend in this fantastic house. The house is fully equipped and spotlessly clean. A small fridge in the kitchen and a larger fridge with 3 drawer freezer is in the hall opposite the bathroom. There are 2 showers in the house, which we found very nice. We have rented bed linen and towels. I found 6 towels for 4 people little, but the washing machine offers the solution. In our opinion, the key transfer can be better arranged, because the papers state that this is at the house itself, but the owner does not live there. It is that the neighbor was at home and she called him for us. No one speaks English in the area, with hands and feet and but trying, he succeeded and he came to the house. Explanation of the house is easy to follow in French. I missed a book with information in the house, for example about collecting garbage and the departure procedure. 2 days before our departure, the owner, who comes every day to feed the deer, asked what time we would leave. At this time he was indeed there to receive the key again. Well organised. There are brochures of the sights in the house. There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity, so you are dependent on the car. Groceries is 6 km further in Dampiere sur Salon, here are also 2 bakeries. At 240 meters a restaurant is not good information. We have been to Besancon, with a visit to the Citadel. The cave in Beze is nice, make sure there is enough water in the cave, otherwise it will be a waste of your visit. In Champlitte there are 2 nice museums to visit. Vesoul and Gray are nice places. Our highlight is the city of Dijon. Really worth driving there. Eating out in the area is searching. A brasserie or bistro is not open for dinner. We often went out after 2 pm to eat somewhere. Many are closed on Mondays.

On arrival, the owners only found French to speak and no word English, that was the only thing that was a little tricky but for the rest, super! Beautiful house, friendly people, peaceful surroundings and really a place to relax. The 2nd extra fridge did it during our stay and this we indicated after dinner. The owner came by and would pass the next morning at 1000 o'clock. To look at the problem, we thought we were French very minimal. But the next morning he was there at 10:00 but with a brand new refrigerator. That's another service, all the best! Too bad that we could stay for a week, we would love to stay longer to have more rest and enjoy.

When we arrived on Saturday at our holiday home in Delain we were warmly welcomed by the owners, they are wonderfully sweet people, and the service perfect. The language barrier was no problem, as we have come true with the familiar hands and footwork. After a guided tour of the owners we have to say it is a beautiful location if one wants to enjoy the peace and the house is super clean and you will lack nothing. Since I am quite a fanatic fisherman, I can only say about the water the fish I caught were throats and a trout. Then again next year.

A super spot! Peace, space, in the middle of nature. The cottage is fully equipped, good beds and clean. Reception was warm despite the fact that we were an hour early and after a phone call to the owner that we were at the door.

What a restful, idyllic place to spend your holiday. The ideal place to completely unwind. You will be welcomed by very friendly owners who will give you a lot of autonomy. The private lake offers everything: bird watching (raptors, herons, kingfishers), mother duck with her baby ducklings,... And the deer of course: 9 deer (including 2 bambies) that roam freely in the domain and that you can watch for hours can admire. The male deer even comes to eat from your hand (a bit of stale bread). The house has all amenities and is very functionally furnished. view of the lake from your bedroom, air conditioning, jaccuzzi, solid kitchen ... Outside you have the opportunity to play table tennis, pétanque, cool off in the pool (not for swimming, too small), boat to sail on the lake, garden lounge with decent umbrellas,.... Also important: very good wifi! The only downside is the environment. This is not the most touristy region of France (therefore also affordable). Definitely worth a visit to the cities of Dole, Dijon, Beaune, Besançon. Highly recommended for those who want to relax!

Received by the owner was super. A complete explanation of the house, appliances and use was given. We wanted bbqs and the owner provided one for wood as wood was present for the stove and the gas was not our favorite. Pool is partly in the ground making it deeper than it seems. Jacuzzi is fantastic after the pool. Everything is present for a super-deluxe vacation, peace and privacy. Animals are an extra touch for the kids. Fish, salamanders, frogs, rabbits, otters (indeed otters), Benny (goose) and deer seen. Recommended in terms of location as you surrounded Are by nature.

We stayed here with 3 children aged 8, 13 and 15 years. Beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting. Rest in nature! Friendly owner. The cottage is fully equipped; nice beds, spacious kitchen and a wonderful jacuzzi. In addition, a swimming pool, a jeu de boules court and a table tennis table. We had brought our own jeu de boules balls and ping pong paddles, but that was not necessary. Everything is here. Do you like fishing?! Then you can indulge yourself here. Different fish in the lake, even lobster. We had brought our own inflatable supboard, a canoe and rubber boat and that was great!!! The boat that is present here is also fine. Furthermore, many animals around the house. Deer (the owner comes to feed them every day), lizards, otters, herons, kingfishers, etc. Perfect WiFi is available. Not entirely unimportant with teenagers. A day at Dijon is highly recommended. In bad weather you can visit the indoor shopping center there. It is not a tourist area, but we did not mind. That was certainly better than expected since our previous holidays were always on tourist campsites. In the evening you can make a campfire and roast marshmallows. If you like mountain biking and / or cycling? This area is also suitable for that. With the garmin edge GPS you can set out beautiful routes in the area. recommended!!

In the beautifully situated house with much comfort and luxury we lived in absolute peace in beautiful nature. The house offered us all the amenities. The concept is thought through. There is nothing missing. The host is very friendly. We also got rid of all language barriers, thanks to the Google translator and 3 words of English. We did not find the property immediately, but the landlord went in search of us and found us at the street corner. The animals were always in the background, which was great for watching. We felt very well and fantastically recovered. Nearby there are some cities with historic center visited, you can also good a bit the Saone lang wandern.Es was very happy.
