Holiday home Impériale is a complete villa with a large private pool and optimal privacy on a vast area (13,500m2) with roses, oleanders, rosemary, palms and olive trees. The villa is quietly situated on a hill on the edge of the village with a breathtaking view over the vineyards and adjacent to a nature reserve. There is no long-distance traffic.
Villa Impérale is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, toilet and shower, a separate toilet and air conditioning. Cébazan is a small wine village with around 500 inhabitants. Within walking distance of the villa is a bakery where you can get your fresh baguette in the morning. The villa is located near the pleasant wine village of Saint Chinian with various restaurants, an attractive market that takes place twice a week, a supermarket and numerous wine caves. Only 4.5 km by car or 2.5 km on foot through the forest and vineyards.
During the day you can relax in the sun on the comfortable loungers at the edge of the swimming pool with walk-in stairs or in the shade of a covered terrace. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool with an electric bbq and a refrigerator. A nice cold drink is always within reach. When the sun goes down you can enjoy the clear starry sky.
Marked nature walks can be made directly from the house. Cyclists and mountain bikers can also indulge themselves in the area. In the vicinity there is an opportunity to rent canoes, go horseback riding, play golf or take a boat trip on the famous Canal du Midi. Interesting Cathar towns such as Beziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are also well worth a visit.
The coast with extensive beaches and nice fish restaurants can be reached within half an hour.
Beziers airport is 42 km away.

Villa Impériale is highly recommended because the villa is in order in all areas. The pool is also very clean and well-maintained. The environment here is beautiful and very quiet. So whoever comes for peace and tranquility will certainly find what they are looking for here. And there is a good chance that we will come back here again!

The holiday home is pretty, of high quality and very quiet with a large winter garden and a very large pool. You have to like and tolerate geckos there (funny animals). Great views of the countryside. The environment, especially the hinterland on the Massif Central, is terrific. There are many small old villages there. Roquebrun, Vieussan and Minerve are particularly beautiful, and the African Safari Park in Sigean and the medieval Cité of Carcassone are not to be missed.

Beautiful spacious holiday home that is completely detached. Lovely swimming pool. Air conditioning is also ideal. The area is also very pleasant. Bakery in the village of Cébazan. Furthermore, many fallback options. Among other things, we cycled nicely along an old railway track. Recommended. Don't forget the mosquito repellent in connection with the tiger mosquitoes. That is why it is very nice that there are screen doors everywhere for windows and doors.

blissful location: on top of the slope - first neighbor at a great distance and beautiful view! The house is fully equipped! You notice that the owner has already invested in kitchen and bathroom renovation. The rest of the house such as the veranda are in need of a refreshment, but this is absolutely not bothersome to spend a super nice time here. The pool and the kicker table were the greatest assets for our children! Just like the beach which is a 30 min drive.

The cottage is beautifully situated on a hill at the very edge of the sleepy village of Cebazan. It is super quiet. The house has an age, but the kitchen and bathroom have recently been nicely renovated. Everything was clean. A beautiful south-facing terrace with a large swimming pool. From the cottage you can do beautiful walks, vineyards everywhere. Beziers and the coast are nearby.

The holiday home is pretty, of high quality and very quiet with a large winter garden and a very large pool. You have to like and tolerate geckos there (funny animals). Great views of the countryside. The environment, especially the hinterland on the Massif Central, is terrific. There are many small old villages there. Roquebrun, Vieussan and Minerve are particularly beautiful, and the African Safari Park in Sigean and the medieval Cité of Carcassone are not to be missed.
