The villa is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, making it an excellent place to relax. We enjoyed walks in nature right from the doorstep and loved the outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during hot days. Although the villa is a bit remote, we appreciated the tranquility it offered. A car is definitely needed to explore the surroundings, but we found many charming towns nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay with good amenities.

Delightful holiday home. Very quietly located and large garden where the dog can run around perfectly. Nice swimming pool. Amenities are all nearby. One point of concern is that there are a lot of insects around the pool. This can cause some discomfort.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Villa Impériale! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of six, and the private pool was a highlight for all of us. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and preparing delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen. The views over the vineyards were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Additionally, it was a delight to stroll to the local bakery every morning to get fresh baguettes. The nearby village of Saint Chinian had a nice market and many dining options. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

The basic necessities such as herbs are present which made it very pleasant to cook for yourself. Also more than enough cutlery, plates, pots and pans etc. present.
The swimming pool is also beautifully maintained. Every Saturday someone comes by to vacuum it and check the water quality.
We did have a lot of mosquitoes, even though there are mosquito nets everywhere, they know how to find the smallest openings. So definitely recommended to take mosquito lamps/mosquito spray,... with you.
But definitely recommended to stay here.

The large outdoor swimming pool dim. 5x10 m1 + an entry part and the many sitting and lying options make the whole into a luxurious holiday residence. Even when the weather is not so good, it is good to stay in the large conservatory. Too hot... no problem either, the conservatory is even air-conditioned.

The villa itself was also clean, tidy and comfortable (to very complete) on arrival.

You don't really have to do it for the village of Cébazan, but the location of the villa more than makes up for it.

Narbonne center/ with its huge Carrefour is approx. 30 km (travel time approx. 30 min.) The nearest Intermarche

supermarket at approx. 5 to 6 km.

The holiday home is pretty, of high quality and very quiet with a large winter garden and a very large pool. You have to like and tolerate geckos there (funny animals). Great views of the countryside. The environment, especially the hinterland on the Massif Central, is terrific. There are many small old villages there. Roquebrun, Vieussan and Minerve are particularly beautiful, and the African Safari Park in Sigean and the medieval Cité of Carcassone are not to be missed.

The cottage is beautifully situated on a hill at the very edge of the sleepy village of Cebazan. It is super quiet. The house has an age, but the kitchen and bathroom have recently been nicely renovated. Everything was clean. A beautiful south-facing terrace with a large swimming pool. From the cottage you can do beautiful walks, vineyards everywhere. Beziers and the coast are nearby.

The cottage is beautifully situated on a hill at the very edge of the sleepy village of Cebazan. It is super quiet. The house has an age, but the kitchen and bathroom have recently been nicely renovated. Everything was clean. A beautiful south-facing terrace with a large swimming pool. From the cottage you can do beautiful walks, vineyards everywhere. Beziers and the coast are nearby.

The holiday home is pretty, of high quality and very quiet with a large winter garden and a very large pool. You have to like and tolerate geckos there (funny animals). Great views of the countryside. The environment, especially the hinterland on the Massif Central, is terrific. There are many small old villages there. Roquebrun, Vieussan and Minerve are particularly beautiful, and the African Safari Park in Sigean and the medieval Cité of Carcassone are not to be missed.
